It is plumbed in, but it is flanged so i can make it a screamer. Last time on the old turbo we did a back to back run with and without it plumbed in and i actually lost power with the screamer due to the boost curve falling over. Im going to have the screamer for Powercruise so ill throw it on the dyno for a power run to see if it makes any difference.

A bit over 2k i think they are. Put the air temp sensor in the intercooler pipe before the throttle body. IMO Haltech boost controllers are not the best. Profec B2 is the best you will ever use. If you are going to use the Haltech one, you will buy it in a kit. Comes with solenoid and dial. The dial is used to increase or decrease boost, a bit old school but it works.

Adam told me the dump is fine for 400+. But that will be one of the things ill be changing.

T04Z is a bit laggy for my liking. And yes Simon got a great result. I made 360 with the GT3076 at 23psi, so i only gained 30rwkw with the GT35 with 2 psi more boost. Just doesnt sound right.

OK back from the dyno with a mixed result. Made 390rwkw at 25psi. Still big power but way below what we were expecting. Adam said it should have farted out 400rwkw. I had semis on the car the first few runs (silly me) Pulled them off and put road tyres on, pick up 10rwkw. Adam was pushing it but just couldnt get to 400. So he pulled it back a bit and made it ultra safe for the big thrash at Powercruise. No boost leaks that we can see, held 25psi really flat. Might just be the china spec cooler i have just isnt up to it. But with only 3psi pressure drop from hot side to cold side its still flowing ok. I just wish it stopped raining so i can see what it feels like on the road.

I just put a HKS silencer in my exhaust, it does quiet it down a bit but does not change the note of it. Sucks are bit of power out if it though. Only use the silencer for day cruises. I imagine the Varex would be much the same. $380 compared to $80 though.

Absolute weapon turbo for RBs! I have a .82 exhaust housing for one of these that has been ceramic coated. External gate. Has a wastegate pipe welded to the rear housing. $330 FIRM Delivered So thats $1330 for a brand new GT3076!!!!
