Is it the HKS version? To my understanding the T04R is a trimmed version of the T51R.If you want to go big the better option will be the T04Z. But on a fairly standard 25 IMO its too big. You will benefit better from a GT30 or GT35 for a street driven car.

I have had more good experiences with the Police than bad. Though i will cringe if i get pulled over again. Ill explain: Took a trip to Tassie with the missus. Hired a car. In Tas they dont have signs warning you there are fixed speed cameras. 2 fines with 1 week.However when the first fine was processed in NSW it was double demrits,so i lost 9 points all up. Then a few months later i had a small accident and copped a Neg driving fine. So as soon as i get my car back on the rd if the Police pull me over and look under my bonnet + my driving history i will get raped for sure. Im not a hoon on the rd but he wont know that. I think ill get a "Ban low performance drivers,not high performance cars" sticker made and put in on my rear window.

Wasnt that bad surprisingly.Just make sure you label everything and put all your parts,bolts nuts in clearly labeled zip lock bags. Though there were many trips to Bunnings and Pirtek to get bits and pieces. It also helps when one of your good friends is mechanic and has a nuts RB of his own I have also learned a shit load doing everything myself, working on a motor out of the car is bliss compared to in the car.

Yes Paul it is.Was put there after they did my cams and a 100,000km service. I did see some of your Red R Racing stickers on Daves car, wheres mine?? Will pay for a set to be made if you dont have any spare. The old engine wasnt dead, infact it was very healthy and pumping out 250rwkw all day long.

OK all, All the piping and dump/screamer has been made. The wastegate pipe is plumbed in at the moment but i can remove a section of it and put a blanking plate over the flange on the dump pipe making it a screamer. Will be only used for race use though. Johno the cat was $350. And Paul unfortunatley due to Adam being flat out at the moment the car will be started and tuned on Wednesday.

Too late Johno, i picked up a HPI 4inch pod from JustJap this morning. Car is at the exhaust shop, was talked into fitting a 4inch body Metal Cat,suppose to flow nearly 1000CFM of air! Going to the tuners tomorrow afternoon, but i wont have the car back until mid next week. Adam is going to spend alot of time on the tune so it is perfect,cold start the lot.

Roughly a month. There was a set back with a top piston ring. If it went all smoothly probably 3 weeks. The car is getting picked up tomorrow morning to get all of the finishing touches done and will be running hopefully on Friday afternoon

CORRECTION This is a HKS front pipe,not a dump/front pipe. Bolts onto the stock or aftermarket dump pipe. Price is now $200 Delivered.
