  1. If only I had more garage space. Mint R32! Good luck with the sale
  2. Daniel, Good luck with the sale! A new car on the horizon?? Cheers Matt
  3. Pictures of interior parts 'carbonised' by Robson Design in Singapore. Parts were removed and sent to Singapore. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks, including time in transit. This is a 'wet' carbon look, whereby carbon weave was laid and bonded to surface of part and sealed crystal clear resin. The clear resin finish is flawless, but the weave pattern (being slightly crooked) is not quite to the quality of European marques OEM carbon interior. Overall, I am happy with the result. Pictures for you to judge: Also, note genuine leather shift boots, made by Redline shift boots in Poland (online store). Their inventory cover a large variety of JDM cars, including R32s, R33s, EXCEPT for the R34s. Therefore, I took on their offer of 'If its not available for your car, you get it for free'. The deal is I sacrifice my OEM boots and send them to be used as templates, obviously so that they can add to their inventory for future sales. I look at it humbly as my contribution to the R34 world! The quality is great and looks a million bucks - double stitching; OEM fitment; no adjustment required; your choice of leather and stitch colour. The price is affordable as well. Sourcing all these parts worldwide has certainly added an international flavour to my car. However, definitely NO cheap Chinese rip off parts!!! Cheers Matt
  4. Hey Paul, I had an extensive discussion with Racepace and the final verdict is that a Harmonic balancer is not necessary for my street orientated package. I think for race purposes, a harmonic balancer may see realistic advantage. To tell you the truth, with increased capacity and V Cam, there is rarely need to rev the engine sky high. Cheers Matt Just an update: BTW, my interior is coming along, just received carbon bits and pieces and refurbished/modified steering wheel. HOWEVER, as per useal, the steering wheel did not turn out the exact way I like, therefore I am doing some DIY leather re-dyeing and refinishing to see if I could get the look that I want. If I fail, then its off to Blackman's for another retrim! SIGH!!!
  5. Please quote price for 275/30 R19 X4 to Vic. Thank you

  7. Hey Nick, Has the airbag light cleared with the stock ecu? I am having the same problem. Please help as the flashing airbag light is driving me insane!!!
  8. Hi Paul, You mentioned that the Power FC will emulate all other auxillary functions of the car such as aircon, ABS etc, does the Power FC also operates the airbag system? I presume that it does. If so, then can the Power FC pick up any malfunction on the airbags? The airbag light flashing was triggered when I disconnected airbag module to re-align the steering wheel. My situation is that my airbag light keeps on flashing on the dash even after everything was plugged back in place properly. I cannot reset it using the well known method of activating the drivers door jam switch 5 times within 7 seconds of turning key to on position, as I suspect this does not work on the Power FC; and I was told that the Nissan consult cannot communicate with the Power FC for diagnostic purposes. If the Power FC picked up the airbag fault in the first place, wouldn't by reconnecting the airbag module rectify the fault? Or does the Power FC retain memory of the fault until it is erased? So, what is the solution to stop airbag light flashing: 1, Re-set Power FC and reload tune. Does the Power FC memorize airbag malfunction? 2, Replace Power FC with stock ECU and run diagnostic with nissan consult to make sure everything is OK 3, cut wiring to airbag light on dash; and risk driving with faulty airbags? Please help as the light is driving me insane!!!! Thank you Cheers Matt
  9. I tried the Door switch trick and did NOT work for me. The driver door switch is the one on the B pillar, close to where the door latch is located??
  10. Hi , I am encountering the same problem when I disconnected the steering wheel airbag to realign steering wheel and forgot to plug connector back into place before turning ignition on. Once the airbag light starts flashing,it would not stop even after reconnecting the air bag. Its driving me insane!!!!! Please help, I have tried turning the ignition on and pressing the drivers door light, but the light is still FLASHING!!!! Please help Matt
  11. This is definitely the bargain of the century, its like paying $80+K for all the mods that've been done and you get a free car thrown in.
  12. Thanks. Rocker covers painted with VHT wrinkle spray out of a can. Fairy simple DIY. Make sure you spray it in warm ambient temperature as degree of wrinkle is dependent on temp. Nismo released a full 3 inch width harness last yeay, again in limited supply. RRP is over 90,000 JYP!! I cannot justify that sort of costs, so hunted some second hand ones from 2002. Cheers Matt
  13. Nismo ones are made from high quality foam, they are soft and comfortable!
  14. Wow! great progress! I wished I had the skills and competence to build my own car. The most I have done is strip the interior to install a stereo. Good luck with the rest of the build Scotty!

  18. SOLD! These wheels will be gracing a Bayside Blue R34 GTR! Perfectly complimentary to one another. I will miss these unique wheels for sure. PS: Matty: Wheel whore? Who? me? I must confess I have purchased another set (something totally different, with a bit of Bling) on Yahoo Japan!!!! Cheers Matt
  19. Hey brandon Sorry for not replying to your invite. Its very rude of me. I will definitely try and attend. However, my car has its interior stripped out, so I have no air conditioner, stereo etc. Might be too long a cruise with no stereo Cheers Matt
  20. Just to prove how nuts I am with my GTR, I did end up buying another strut brace released by Cusco. Out of production Cusco full titanium one piece construction, weighs under 1 kg. If the Autoselect one were in the heavyweight division; this Cusco one would belong to feather weight. Look at the signature bluish hue of the Ti welding. Absolutely top notch craftsmanship! Cusco laser cut trademark in the centre I know I am crazy about JDM stuff!
  21. Hey Jack, I have modified every other facet of the car except the interior, so the interior will be the final area to concentrate on and then I will definitely do no more, I hope. Lots of carbon and leather planned for the interior .... by Robson Design Jp and Recaro to give a higher quality ambience. Also installing a double DIN Pioneer Sat Nav which has been sitting in its box for over 6 months. Cheers Matt
  22. Actually the wrap around design of the mounts already gives plenty of extra bracing to the strut towers. I think the 'chunkiness' goes well with the theme of the car. Cheers Matt
