  1. Nistune for 33 uses the Z32 or R32 board, and then needs adjustment IIRC. Not a straight plugandplay. VCT issues etc? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  2. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/349895-so-youve-never-done-texi-before/ A bit of the information needs updating actually... Don't take it all as 100% gospel, but the form is in that page

  4. I'm getting a Sony Action Camera. /story
  5. Yep, pretty much shit out of luck for tuners in Wgong with the exception of possibly Kon at WAS and Southern Motor Works. Though I'd say neither would do Nistune.
  6. it's not me either car hasn't left the garage since marulan hah, don't trust the brakes plus mine's blue and not a gtr and stuff
  7. i propose a vigilante group i know i know, not helpful
  8. Yeah, they're full of shit - once you get under the car, it's a piece of piss and no different to any other car. I guess back when imports were super exxy they could get away with this because people thought oh, expensive car, yeah all work costs heaps. Now they're cheap as shit, and everyone knows how to do it all.
  9. Enough, this has gone off-topic enough.
  10. +1 for the guys at Japlink. Great guys, awesome to have a chat with and they're zero-bullshit.
  11. By no means am I saying I'll be reporting anything; it's just that some companies take a more stringent approach than others. I've heard stories in the past of someone my mum works with - her son drove her car (fairly new Corolla) a few times a week, and when there was a prang, the insurer (GIO) went around the neighbourhood asking how often he drove the car, as he was on there as a very limited use driver. I'm not saying all insurers are like that - it's just something I've heard. And being a Skyline, I'm sure if they were into that kind of thing, they'd be more likely to do it. Food for thought, is all.
  12. Considering some people here work for insurance companies, and we know you're the main driver of your car.
  13. pfft - foot flat to floor in 2nd or 3rd, done naw 6500 makes nice smoke also fingers crossed, might have a sony action camera for this one, 120fps @ 720p

  21. Yeah, if it's closed, just keep heading down to Towradgi Beach Hotel - map link from Austi Pub to Towradgi Beach Hotel as follows: https://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=Unknown+road&daddr=Grand+Pacific+Drive%2FPioneer+Rd&hl=en&ll=-34.34783,150.926743&spn=0.164688,0.37405&sll=-34.389187,150.908343&sspn=0.010288,0.023378&geocode=FfGZ9P0dYCn_CA%3BFVtD8_0dQqL-CA&t=h&mra=me&mrsp=1,0&sz=17&z=13
  22. Yep. CTP is for hospital bills and the like. Third party that you get from NRMA, Shannons, AAMI etc covers any other car in case of an accident (where you're at fault), but not yours. Comprehensive fixes your car too. Driving without even 3rd party is one of the silliest things I've ever heard. It's REALLY not that expensive - and it's far more expensive if something happens and you get dragged through the courts. As was said above, imagine you run up the arse of a brand new BMW - all of a sudden, you're getting quotes for $80,000, but if you'd paid $300-odd for 3rd party, sure, your company will NOT like you, but it's not 80k.
  23. If I move from Liverpool back home to Albion Park Rail, my premiums are about half
  24. Again, cancelled or lapsed? Big difference. Lapsed, as Alex has said, you can usually pay for next year's premium and then claim. Cancelled implies there's something dodgy and the insurance company doesn't want to touch them...?
  25. http://www.publicholidaysaustralia.com.au/school_holidays_term_dates/south_australia.html i don't get it, there's still 9 days to go
