  1. Polite = respectful but not too much suckup. Just remember, parts of their job can be pretty shitty; the easier you make their life, the better for you.
  2. Saw a white 34 today with SAU sticker in APR today - Macquarie Shores. Was working on the 33 in the garage when I heard/saw you roll past (heading out of the estate).
  3. Sigh, might have to sit this out - way too much to do with family in the leadup to Christmas. Was hoping to make it but some things can't be shuffled around.
  4. Thanks Terry - a great resource for everyone wanting to compare insurers. Mods - feel free to delete this if it's in the middle of Terry's posts
  5. ...i can't remember the last time i bought fuel for the R33 august?
  6. i still look at it this way - when you go to buy a 2nd hand car, how do i work out when rego ends on carsales? people will have to post rego papers with details blanked out because they can't take a photo of the rego label.
  7. bah, wish i hadn't had a cams license before
  8. i'll be coming from south of wollongong, others from way up north. ctr of sydney is just down the road! parra road, M4. oh yeah, and IN.
  9. Yep - loading zones imply cars that are used to transport. Only real "passenger" car that falls under this is a wagon - other than that, you're looking at commercial vehicles like VW Caddy (at smallest) to big vans like Vitos. You might even get away with an F650
  10. Were you using a GPS as provided by the hire company, which told you that you can turn down that road? Not saying that it'll help at all - I guess more a curiosity on my behalf.
  11. Yep - I could have gotten an SS as an 18 year old, would have cost me a pretty penny - but even as a 28 year old now, some companies won't touch the Skyline. Either way, back on topic - red P's with NA liner, enjoy bending over for the foreseeable future.
  12. life is hectic at the moment going into the city to look at certain bits of sparkly things though have fun at nats!
  13. It's also a weekend I have a ton of commitments on Sucks. Might just go the AFC route - saves mney I guess
  14. ok so where the fuark is jez thinking about nistune like a dirty dirty girl will sell off afc neo i guess - was thinking of installing this weekend but i have 9/10 cbf's laying around
  15. I call mine a "liner", short for "cruise liner" - it is a 33 after all
  16. Definitely comes with time - I've had my liner almost 6 years now and I still learn new stuff all the time.
  17. yep, yellowjackets if you don't have serious power - i had them in at 201rwkw with no problems.
  18. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/forum/12-for-sale-private-car-parts-and-accessories/ Probably a good place to start in case nobody has one here. Do GTR bonnets fit on GTs?
  19. niiiiiiiice

  21. Not a tax. Price. And she doesn't pay it. Top polluters. Not sure why I'm bothering though - nobody seems to have EVER heard the full quote, nor read as to who is actually paying the carbon price.
  22. You can keep it private - there's privacy options there from memory. Given that I bought my tickets non-registered (instead of on the net, got them with cash at a newsagent), if I went in and scanned it I'd be like NOBODY can know who I am. Pretty sure that's an option to take. Ray - I like your ideas, helping fund the future is a very noble cause. I'd donate money (20 mil?) to medical research; they get fark all money and struggle from year to year never knowing if they'll get a grant that will keep them in a job, when they do ~70 hours work a week trying to find cures for things.
  23. 21 mil is on sat 100 mil is next tue
  24. none of you guys have to worry about this though cause i've got that 100m all wrapped up bitches
