Ive been in the same boat.. Unless you got one of those traveling bugs where you cant stay in one place longer then 1 month then i would hang where you are now. I mean i have changed my position 3 times in the past year, however its in the governement and they shuffle you around more then cards.. But you get to see and do new stuff and move around a little ( within a 100km radius of your place of residence) If your keen for extra bucks//new position why not ask them to move you sideways//up? But yeah.. if you hadnt of made a decision i was going to tell you to write up a "pros & cons" list. I think i would miss my family and friends after a while.. sms and email does not equate to hugs and sore heads from drinkin with them in the flesh

the engine sticker has 55,000 on it. THeres a sticker on the inside of the drivers door saying 65,000kms on it The log book has the last number as 68,000 or so ( with some invoice i cant read as its in japanese) And when it came over it just got to 70,000. The condition of the car is pretty good, paint job is 99% blemish free, the engine is still dead quiet and clean and had a pretty good read out on the dyno last week. Inside was pretty well immaculate. (apart from the handbrake boot.. but all i saw had cracked leather on the handbrake boot gaiter... whats up with that?) I dont think that it has had a 100,000km life as it is pretty straight.. the only thing wrong with it was i needed to change the battery and the spark plugs ( after a check on the dyno) Maybe it was sitting around for a while cause when i got it, it was preeeeety dusty. And that would explain the dead battery?

Did it last week on my R33. Works a treat.. much better pickup.. and took me bugger all. No backfiring etc.just extra oomph +1 for reccomending

Yah, i took a look at my readings and showed a few of the peeps.. I was using a tonnne of unused fuel and they believed that the spark plugs needed replacing. I went out and bought some <insert werid long number> NGK Irredium core ones and put them in. I already have less fuel consumption. (which is always a good thing) Im not upset at the readout.. from what my understanding is... is with enough engine replacement parts.. its basicly a new engine anyhoo. and 3 kwz difference between mine and yours basicly states that both of our engines are around the same figures which means they are pretty decent for upgrading. I would be a little more shocked if you got 136 and i got 123.. but 3kwz is nothing but a good service and clean.. i would possibly say with the change of plugs i MIGHT have that difference now already. Keep me posted in which way you got for upgrades bud will be good to see the differences between what you and i do

Hi there.. Im hoping some one in here can help I just got a car imported with full compliance + revs check without any hiccups. the log books state it has around 65,000 last time it was checked.. there is a import sticker saying it had 65,000 when it came over.. However there are 2 stickers on my engine.. one says 55,000 written in pen.. the other is a 100,000km sticker.. now is this 100k sticker a "100,000km service sticker.. or one saying it needs to be done @100,000km's? its in japanese.. so theres a pic below if someone can help out.. thanks in advance

I just checked my car and i got a ding in it. However it is not a bad ding, theres no paint off it, no breakage of the paint and no rings. It just needs to be "nggghhhhhh smock* popped out again.. Who knows of some good people who can do this? Preferablly someone that wont take me for a ride in cost over a 5-10 min job at most. Ta

even some of the ppl i met there for the first time needed to strut their epeens by revvving off after the dyno. but meh.. you get that i guess. me.. it got revved enough for the day so i let it idle nicely out... then it has a 300km drive @110kmh so it got to stretch its legs

How about the type - m trust intercooler kits? same as the justjap ones? Also where can i get these PWR intercoolers? the blitz ones are pretty hexxy..for that price i will do the exhaust first.. is pwr about the same price range or more?

Nah.. "Silberry" or strawberry is because the japanese word sounds like berry.. hence the name in english ie Sil80 (sileighty) is the 180 front.. Nice work on a 2.5l 6 cyl as your first car.. i think my first car was a 4cyl.. and something not as costly.. so that if i did crash it.. i didnt care ( hynudai excell ftw). Good luck dude.. with the new laws comming in it may make your life a little hard. But if you play nice on the road you should be fine. I hear all these horror stories of ppl getting pulled over and defected and im glad i havent had that happen to me. Just play safe..dont be stupid.. and they wont have a reason to pull you over.

Yeah, check the speedo to for alterations.. Before it gets imported you can get the log books changed and suited to the car with any k's on it. Make sure the numbers a straight as an arrow.. i.e: If its a car with 50,00km on the clock and the paint is fading and the inside is shot... alarm bells should ring off in your head. Its always daunting when you get a new car..just get it thoroughly checked over.. Also theres a link on the forums here somewhere thats a sticky that tells you what to look for etc.. Just to lazy to link it

Gday gday Most kits are replicas or lower quality ones and come in fibreglass. However some of the real trial//bomex kits etc are moulded plastic ( nismo kits are moulded plastic also) Theres a massive difference in price though.. Full trial body kit for an s13 replcia costs around 400 bucks.. the real deal costs around 2000 hope that helps
