fun times Mud... looks like i lunched my engine on the way to work this morning.... something (i don't know what) appears to have gone through my compressor blades, which in turn has spat bits of metal through the intake, and possibly (most likely, seeing as i found lots of it around the throttle body) into the engine itself... pulled a spark plug and i can see shiny flakes sitting on top of the pistons... ah, so much fun!

i'd be in for option 1... (sans BWCP cruise after)

thats strange, seeing as Fulcrum Stafford are one of the places who refused to fit my whiteline gear, and instead told me to buy their 'superpro' bushes or go elsewhere...

no worries mate, just thought you'd forgotten about the little 32 GTS-t i'm busy on monday and probably wednesday night, but any other evening i'm free... what sort of theme were you thinking for my car (like, backdrop etc... I know you said sunset, but i don't know many places where i could get there before the sun sets after work (5pm)), and i'll try and think up some places

have fun trying to find someone to do it... i rang around a lot of places, and they wouldn't do it, as it is a competing product against their own... geez, not even the Whiteline Distributor (Fulcrum) would fit it.... In the end i settled on a Workshop, but i will never go there again due to numerous problems with their work, and am actually taking them to court over it.... They're just on the northside of the city (lutwyche/windsor area) but i'm not going to name names due to legal reasons... but i'm sure you can figure it out from the above info... (and no, i'm not going to tell anyone via pm either)

word of advice.... check your gaskets/bolts around your turbo....

*sigh* still no word from Mud.... getting a bit annoyed as i keep putting things off to keep the time free but never hear anything!

Yeah, i've got all the documentation etc ready to take to the Office of Fair Trading, all i have to do now is write a brief cover letter for it and send it off. But like they said, they cannot actually enforce anything/make the workshop pay up... all they can do is really say "Please Mr Bad Workshop, pay your customer his money or we will cry" Now, after this workshop tells the Office of Fair Trading where to shove it (which they will) it then has to proceed to small claims court... which is why i'm trying to find out how to present the case in the best way!

Basically, i'm looking to take a workshop to the small claims tribunal, over them supplying dodgey products, and now refuse to give me a refund etc, and i'm looking for someone to point me in the right direction of how to present the case etc (because it is all self-representation) Would that be up your alley?

i just hope you guys do better work than the other 'tuning' company which is about 500 metres down the road... btw, welcome to the forums, i'll try and drop in, seeing as i work about 100 metres from you
