  1. Just go to a local shop that does stainless steel pipe work and welding and get them to make you one. That way you can get it as long as you want it and in a certain direction. ie. if you have a big pod filter or something.
  2. I dont know what's worse, the fact a lambo got smashed, the fact the poor guy had no insurance, or the fact that some of the members on Calais Turbo are utter retards lol
  3. LOL! But yeah seriously dude, thats not a Bride seat, just bride rails, or possibly a rail with a Bride sticker lol
  4. GTiR's are gay, don't care how quick they are
  5. F**k man that sucks hardcore! Hope you eventually get it back, keep us updated.
  6. IBTL. Dude seriously, what a stupid thread to be posted in this section.

    R35 Engines?

I doubt they would sell it to someone if they didn't actually own the new GTR and actually needed the engine to be replaced. I could just see some idiot doing this: "Hello Nismo? I would like to purchase your new GTR engine so i can put it into my fully hektik VL turbo." Click-Click, Beep Beep Beep. "Hello u there? Hello???"
  8. You want an import and are worried about fuel economy?? Buy a camry!!
  9. Mines a clean white series 2 with gold GTC's I don't have pics yet with the rims on as i only chucked them on the other week but they look great. Just so you know, i had to change all of my wheel studs to much longer ones to fit the rims on, this was an incredible pain in the ass!! Factor in around $140-$200 on 20 long wheel studs depending on where you get them from.
  10. Mmmmmm thats a sexy bonnet.
  11. Im pretty sure the gasket for the plenum onto your runners is a rubber one, well atleast it is on the RB25's. Maybe pieces of that? That's my guess, or yeah like you said, a bit of a rubber vacuum line but that's a bit weird...
  12. Motul 300V Chrono. Hands down, one of the best.
  13. Im pretty sure that if it was a spun bearing the engine would be dead by now as once they go, they don't last much longer so i don't think its that. If it gets louder with revs its obviously something that rotates and increases in speed so check your timing belt, tensioner, cam gears etc. If not then yeah it could have something to do with your cams/lifters.
  14. I got charged over $300 to tune the SAFC in my car and the car had massive missfire problems because the standard coilpacks couldn't handle the extra airflow from the bigger turbo. So at the end of the day no tune was actually done on the car due to this, yet it still cost me over $300........... Wasn't to happy.....
  15. As far as im aware there isn't anything of the shelf available but it shouldnt cost too much to have one made up. There's a few RB25's running twin turbos on the forums, do a quick search for some threads and PM the owners of the cars and ask them. Hope that helps.
  16. Worst thread ever?? IBTL
  17. Mate that is a seriously impressive engine! 3 bar of boost!!! Jesus Christ!!! Once again congratulations on the record
  18. Ahhh, ok cool, yeah i noticed that, i was staring at the pictures trying to find out what more there was too see haha
  19. Yeah im a bit confused aswell, what am i ment to be looking at?
  20. Congrats on the record mate, thats a seriously impressive time!! Don't suppose you could give us some info on the engine setup? Cheers
  21. Bahahhahahaha boost gauge and shift light in the ash tray, thats awesome!! As if a dose pipe shouldn't be added to the VLt ghetto mods love them or hate them, moving the airflow metre into the intercooler piping is pretty ghetto just to get a sound....
  22. One of the main reasons they remove RB's, 2JZ's etc is because LS1's are a lot lighter. Alloy block compared to a iron block. Like the DLS R34 drift car, took out the RB25 Neo, chucked in the LS1, saved 50kg!!! Slapped some twin turbo's on it and you got a hell of a power to weight ratio over the stock engine setup.
  23. Correct. Now a RB25 is safe for around 270rwkw and 300rwkw is starting to push things a little bit and everyone one knows after a while she will go bang. Now with the RB25 Neo, that has some slight different internals, would we say 350rwkw is safe?? Correct me if im wrong, but regardless of GTR rods, i still think 350 at the wheels is going to break something soon on a RB25 Neo. PS: Still can't believe this thread isn't locked
  24. Hahahaha i love this thread Can EVLR-34 come back on and please explain how he is pushing 350rwkw's out of his stock bottom end and think's that his engine isn't going to be shooting pistons and conrods at pedestrians?? Or have i missed something? (I don't remember reading that he had a forged bottom end?)
