  1. HAHA that article is a POS. ****edited by PranK (no business names please)**** Then how come they managed to overtighten an idler bearing bolt on my engine and blow the fu.ker up. As well as having 2500 on the coil cover, and rb20 on cam belt cover??As far as costs, the rb25de (non vvt) head + intake manifold was $750, recond the whole lot + porting was ~$900. The rb30e bottom end is $100 (with cracked head) Recond' (Acid dipped, honed, full balance, crack test rods & crank,) ~$1800 + $1400 for forged pistons. All up about $5k - Without labour to fit it to the car. If u use non vvt go the rb20det wiring loom + comp (it didn't have it from factrory) If u use vvt go rb25det wiring loom + comp (it comes from factory), but not worth the hassle IMO.

Apparently they dont make an aftermarket one....have i been told :bs!: ? Does anyone know what other pumps woulf fit / work (ie rb20/25)?? I know the rb26 one would with an adapter. 11. nah, the way to go is a push bike inner tube round the handle bars filled with old spark plugs. I find its the best deterrent. Use one for a missile, or the lot if he gets out the car. Goes to show there are a LOT of wankers.
  12. why don't u be the "guinea pig" and get the wolf installed. Never know, might end up with a great ECU Surely if the Wolf is installed correctly, and u have a base map it cant be that hard to "trim the edges". Have u spoken to any customers of MRE to find out if any have had problems with the Wolf??
