    this happened to me. i let my car sit for 6 weeks (had an operation on my arm) and i started it and it was knocking. put a bit of oil in it and it got a bit quieter. I let it idle for 10mins and it was ok after that. Did an oil change afterwards too. Freaked me out for sure! -rb25

    mine is making 135rwhp @ 4000rmp just like yours..... and 170rwhp @ 6500rpm.

    today, mine put out 170rwhp on a Dyno Dynamics Dyno. I have an EBC (0.75bar) and exhaust and pod. Another 33 there put down 270rwhp with the same mods as me but with the addition of an apexi fmic and powerfc. -rb25

    I remember reading here somewhere that an EL falcon sensor is the same (bosch?) and costs about $70 as opposed to the $150+ nissan genuine item. You have to splice the wires in tho. do a search and check it out. -rb25

    You've probably got 'hot spots' on the clutch coz of the oil leaking onto it. New clutch time soon -rb25

    I dont like Redline gear oil at all. after 10,000km i dumped it (the box was grinding again) and it had what looked like very fine metallic shavings all thru it, the oil had a grey tinge to it. Using castrol synthetic oil now... just my 2c

    What has happened id say is that he put the belt back on the opposite way it came off and is not running in the grooves it originally had. You need a new belt in my opinion. -rb25

    Take your foot of the go pedal properly . Or maybe check your TPS. I rekon it's pretty normal tho, heard plenty of skylines do it.
