  4. i have got 480km out of a full tank, but i filled up as soon as the fuel light came on at 480. it seems to sit on E for ages then finally the fuel light comes on. on this tank, it's been all city driving, and fairly hard driving some of it, including 6 runs at the motorplex (drags).. and ive so far got 450 km out of this tank, and the fuel light hasn't come on yet, but it's sitting on E only engine mod i have is catback exhaust

  10. yeah mine does it too, so did my old r33, i heard its not worth bothering about is, cost too much $ in labour, just replace the bearings same time as new clutch.
  11. Kym, what diff oil did you use? and whats it cost? did it eliminate any whining? planning to change mine within the next week
  12. hey paul, i got a question for u.. i got tein ha coilovers, my car is lower than stock, creating negative camber at the rear. this is causing the inner tread on my tyres to wear hell quick, and cant get much traction in 1st, 2nd when launching because only a small amount of tyre is contacting with the road. whats the best way to adjust the camer on the rear? one of those whiteline kits are best for this arent they?
  13. shuto.. hehe cool i rekon we need a 'welcome back shuto' cruise ok ill keep an eye out for ur car soon paul: hahaha i bet
  14. hey aidwin, bet u cant wait dude to pick up ur skyline when u getting it?
  15. just get an HKS T51R SPL or Trust T88H-34D push 1000hp easy
  16. rev210, is it a bitch to drive in stop start / general slow driving with the new flywheel? Whens the best time to put the flywheel in? same time as new clutch?
  17. type s = non turbo type m = turbo a lot of people will say "type-m bodykit" theres no such thing, they think that the r33's with the 'chunkier' front bar and sometimes side skirts means its a 'type-m' or 'm-spec' but the front bar and side skirts are just nissan options. basically if you find any gts25t, both 1994 both manual for example, one has side skirts and meatier front bar, one has no kit at all, they're going to basically be exactly the same car mechanically, it's just a few interior/exterior mods or options that were chosen when the car was ordered. and theres no such thing as m-spec, its just what some people call type-m, so basically its the same thing when u read it:)
  18. that bomex kit is alright, but the opening (for fmic) isnt that wide. T0nyGTSt, oh my... your car is PHAT, esp that rear pic! to make your car ever nicer, get some clear/white indicators with orange globes for the 400r front bar and ure laughing :uh-huh:. so that rear boot spoiler came with the car did it? cause i dont like many of the ones sold locally, still on the hunt for one.
  19. as far as i know, that silver sticker says in jap 'replace timing belt at 100,000km and comes factory. when it is replaced, it is written on or near the sticker, indicating the exact km when it was changed. my skyline has the sticker and its done 75k km. pic attached, looks like another sticker has been stuck next to the factory one, and written on.
  20. hey yas hehe found a pic of JUDGED?'s car before it got the fast and furious full on graphics: http://202.139.242.57/Images%202/Cust%20Ca...ars/Car%203.jpg much happening this weekend?
  21. this is unique auto sports' carbon bonnet @ http://www.nismo.com.au $995 rrp i think DJW, damn that thing looks so nice
  22. dont want to go too off topic here, but seems that the neg camber on the rear, is a common thing when the car is lowered. i have tein coilovers and the car is a bit lower than stock, there is slight neg camber on the rear, which isn't helping for traction, and is also is chewing the inner tread of my tyres a lot quicker than the rest. what can you guys recommend, as the best way to fix this without wasting money, but gaining good results? cheers. i have seen r33's with pod and full exhaust, that couldn't even crack into the 14's, because of wheelspin. main thing is tyres and suspension and the driver, a stocker should be able to pull a 14.2, i've seen it done.
  23. whats wrong with your curren kakimoto catback? i'd only replace it with a custom, if it was less than 3" or rusted out. if you're lookin for a full custom system, its gonna be $1000 at least. if you want to get the rest of the exhaust done (cat - turbo) just get that custom made, should be well under $400. custom exhaust just means its custom made, to how u want it, not an off-the-shelf item.
  24. yeah sounds good got pics? is it manual or auto
  25. hey i have Tein HA coilovers, height and damper adjustable (24 point), they came with the car. You feel every little bump, i mean every single little bump there is on the road. but when you are driving on a smooth road its rewarding. basically if you can put with the harsh ride, then they will be ok. if you set the damper to softest, the ride can become a bit bouncey. the softest setting is still what you would call 'hard'. As for launching, on the street i have managed to launch it fine, but now my tyres are starting to go, theres a bit of negative camber on the rears since it's lowered a bit, which is causing the inner tread to wear faster than the rest of the tyre. most of the time now it will just spin in 1st and 2nd then start to grip, which isn't really any good. These tyres are Falken Ziex 255's, not really impressed with them but im sure with decent rubber it would launch well.
