Replaced the capacitors on the linux box motherboard.
2nd one in I got the hang of it and now can do capacitor in roughly 5mins.
The trick I found is to use a really pointy ground down soldering tip, flux pen and desolder wick.
Remove capacitor, shove desolder wick over the holes, shove soldering iron in to hole and hold, the solder sucks up in to the desolder wick and the hole is clean, plaster flux over the legs of the new capacitor and motherboard. Little dab of solder on to the tip of the soldering iron and due to the flux on the legs and motherboard the solder literally just sucks its self on nice and cleanly.
I've done one board in the past that took a whole day to replace 10capacitors, difference was I didn't use the desolder wick. That gear saves so much time.
