    I went today for a couple of hours. It was a decent turnout. I seemed to have too many cylinders to be cool but lots of very well presented cars. My mate took out best modified Z and best JDM in his 240Z.

    Unsure if its been mentioned but is there anything obstructing the rod from the actuator to the gate? The actuator may be fine but if the rod hits something the flap may not b opening far enough for the gasses to pass through at higher rpm. Might be something free to check.

    Unfortunately it was an R31 I saw driving like a dick. Kurrajong Ave and Carlisle at 1pm. White S3 with 17's and a cannon from 5 cars back, into the left lane to run a red and turn right from the left lane. Friggin moron. No wonder we are labelled as hoons. Go buy an excel.

    A mate used to run a high flowed 25 turbs on his 20 and was seeing full boost way before that. Off boost driving was pretty poor but barable. A tune would help but as said it depends who high flowed it and what bearings are used, size of wheels etc etc. Tune better fuel pump and bigger injectors and decent boost control will see gains everywhere and you will be happy. The tuner will probably play with the timing anyway.
