  1. http://www.transport.qld.gov.au/Home/Safet..._modifications/ this is qld. hope it helps. *shit, my muffler is angled upwards, drift style, and thats illegal!!!! GAYNESS
  2. if u are hooking up one of those standalone ones off ebay with a gauge. u have to use a piece of fuel line and link it to the rail, but mine leaked. if u go a nismo adj fpr, it fits in the stock position, so just bolt in and go
  3. sup, ran into a maroon r33 s1. sounded mean, looked like a stock 2" exhaust with a muffler. buzzed ahead of me and got stuck at a red light. he hit 1st gear, planted it in 2nd and slid side to side smoking it up. sounded like a gts, not a gts-t. looked stock, with tiny exhaust, guy had short hair. on the sunshine coast.
  4. rofl my bad. shit, thought it was work so i didnt answer
  5. oi r33 4door. i think i know who u are now. do u drive a silver r33 4door. possibly with an aem bodykit or a front bar?
  6. maybe with a good tune. my r33 turbo is starting to max out atm at 212.8kw
  7. ooohhhh man. well in that case, your lucky they didnt enforce the anti-hoon legislation and take your car.
  8. nope, just time consuming. take off the crossover pipe and associated pipes. take off coil cover. undo phillips head screws just under cam covers. then do the sam for the ones inside, just near the coils. then lift off, carefully not to ruin the rubber gasket. now ur cams and stuff will be exposed, so close the engine bay ok. lol. than sand and buff to your hearts content probably takes 1hr for a newbie to do it.
  9. yep. i did my plenum all by hand sanding it. man, u will know when to start buffing man, will be soooo smooth. it is totally worth it, just take your time, and dont rush
  10. so zac were u speeding or wat? wat were u done 4?
  11. rofl, yea right mate. it is a pleasant change from hearing that typical wwhhooooosshh that we hear on EVERY SINGLE suby
  12. SHIT. what happened zac. your car looked pretty stock what did they get u for. from your post im guessing pillar pods???? and yea, what ur talking about is a sibou. but u can buy some 52mm twin or tripple holders for $30. i have one, and is sweet.
  13. youse is a crazy nigga sr. wack in a 2jz-gte and wassup zac, did u have a crash, engine probs.........or did u have an encounter of the blue and red kind?
  14. yer. moved from alex carpark. and went to the chemist carpark. probably 10min after i got there, i paddy wagon pulled up at macca's. then 10min after that 2 squad bikes pulled in. they sat in macca's staring at everyone, noting some number plates no doubt
  15. damn M u are one rich bitch..oh sorry. b-iatch. now thats a list. lol, i will still beat u tho. and rabit001. didnt see u out. for shame
  16. here ya go:\ NVCS is the acronym for Nissan Variable cam system, it is found in the RB25DE, RB25DET and the RB25DET NEO. NVCS is not to be confused with Hondas V-TECH system which alters lift and duration high in the rev range to give higher peak power. Nissans system uses cam phasing to increase low to mid end engine torque. Optimal valve opening and closure position for a given duration is different for every RPM and load combination, NCVS gives the engine the ability to take these factors into consideration and alters the timing accordingly. This is done using an electronic solenoid which adjusts the rotation of the cam by a maximum of 20 degrees, the solenoid is controlled by the engines ECU. The RB25DE and RB25DET found in the R33 Nissan skyline only use the NVCS system on the intake Cam. The R34 Nissan Skyline is equipped with the NEO version of this engine and both intake and exhaust cams use the NVCS system. The RB20DET and RB26DETT do not use NVCS. Torque curve of a VG30DETT with NVCS off and on notice the low to mid torque increase with the system turned on. NVCS makes a considerable difference to low and mid range torque so when it comes to upgrading cams or installing cam gears it is a good idea to keep this system in place. Some manufactures (like tomei's poncam range) make cams to work with NVCS I highly recommend you consider these. As the non NEO RB25's only have NVCS on intake side an exhaust cam gear can be used as a good cheap upgrade to improve mid to high end torque.
  17. soo M is your r34 going to be a rice burner or a missile?
