Just putting it in there cos i have it and dont really play it that much. Also have a 19" lcd that runs of 12V so i figure why not. Only question is - do i get the Xbox chromed, paint it black, or have it done in hat carbon fibre overlay....???? BTW do you want me to post interest in the OFFICIAL thread or wha.....?

Excellent. Bit of a pilgrimmage but will be a decent cruise as long as i can crash somewhere for the night! Gonna cost me $200 in fuelios haha... Car will also have about $2.5k of JBL gear and an xbox 360 with 19" lcd in it by then i hope. Setero definitely, game system - if time permits. Happy to chip in an even amount dollar wise.

neither of the links worked on my computer. But hmm i dont mind SOME R34 fronts. Depends on colours i think. I like bryceys, but not a fan of them in silver or black. I had a look at a yellow S2 5spd that was in japan before getting mine, then figured nah cos for a lil more you can get a 260.

look up these sony amps - XM1S, XM4S Believe it or not they are pretty decent. Make good power and they are a very small weight and footprint. You could mount them uner seats very easy. XM1S is a monoblock (500RMS at 2ohm) so will easily power one or two subs. The XM4S is a 4ch. 60w RMS per channel at 4 ohm, bit more at 2ohm.

Masa motorsports. There are a couple of r34 Skygeas on here - brycey has one (do a search in here for r34 front) and so does darrin spencer. Looks decent, i think upwards of $5k for the parts, then add painting and fitting. That is just for the look, btw, not the engine. Jase have you thught about getting an autech kit? Plastic, and a bit dressier than the dayz. i think te dayz front bar (s2) looks awesome... maybe match it up with autechsideskirts? the dayz ones dont really add much to the car i think...

Spotted a silver S2 with a dayz front bar and side skirts, twin sunroofs, really low, up the sunshine coast cruising alex headlands. Very tidy!

Dr Doof is that bryces car? The yellow RSfour with the R34 front? Nice. My car will also have a completely polished engine (inlet plenum, cam covers, coilpack cover etc). It'll have a power FC, full exhaust and better filter so it wont do TOO bad i guess. Ill PM my mobile number etc to you steven, and to paul also.

will be making marks with a white paint pen on anything adjustable to make sure it all goes back to exactly where its meant to be!!! Biggest issue is covering the holes from old screws and bolts from where things have been removed and relocated.

Best bet would be to hit up the guys in the stagea section. Do a search in the stagea discussion, there is a thread on bodykits for stageas. Heaps of info in there, post a comment in the thread to bring it back to the front page and you will get heaps of help. Should be easy to find, just go to stagea discussion, hit "search' at the bottom of the page and type 'bodykit'

yeah its not a process im looking forward to... i was probably going to mount it in the glovebox. I dont have a license til early august now so i want to have something to show for the time the car isnt on the road, but i dont want to rice up the exterior or outlay heaps of cash so i figure this is a time consuming but (relatively) cheap and highly effective mod for wow factor when you pop the bonnet. How do you mean second harness? a full harness?? Pricey? I think i saw a post of yours in a similar thread with a photothat was, to be honest, incredible.

im not against it. not for it, but not against it. Comfy on the fence on account of it has no impact on myself or anyone or anyhitng i know whatsoever and dont think it is worth all the hype and trouble people go to when they cant provide one thing - a genuine reason why NOT to do it. Kill it and eat it. That said, i HIGHLY disapprove of the WAY they go about it. There must be a better way, and they eed to stop pussying about and be honest, ie 'yeah we eat it'. One thing tho - i know heaps of peple who have lived in japan and theyve all agreed on one thing - you cant just go into a restaurant and ask for a whale steak.

Also going to hide any wiring i can, as well as relocate fuse box. have modified first post. This is my first time doing this, so we'll see what happens. I can install alarms, central locking, stereos, av units and etc so hopefully tis will be manageable. Not a complete novice! Figured i may as well give it a full tidy. anyone done this? Step by step starts soon!

What have you been told is causing issues with compliancing? Performance mods? If you make a list, and maybe even offer tem fo sale/swap with standard parts? that way everyone wins - you get to have your car complianced etc, and we end up with performance gear we're chasing. Beats buying parts to get your car complianced. Just a thought! On another note - i dont like the fact that we are able to give public praise to companys who do good work - but arent allowed to publicly warn others about dodgy workshops or bad experiences. Bit one-sided. A few workshops could do with having the threat of their dodgy mistakes and cheap tricks and shortcuts being broadcsted.

id put my car in for something different? Immaculate Black 260RS. Obviously running full GTR engine etc. Stock as a rock tho, 'cept for some coilovers. I have a set of 20" 5 spoke chrome wheels i could use for th show. no dyno runs tho - power wise its untouched.
