  2. Yeah .TBH even if the car was working I haven't had the time to really enjoy it anyway. Not really fussed. Maybe because it's been so long that you forget. All good. One thing at a time .

  4. They're Tial 38 mm v band units. Turbo smart dont do v band in 38 mm. I don't NEED them yet but it's coming close. I've been told early December.

  6. There is. -5's are gone. Dummy fit. That's as it sits ATM. Just waiting on Mick_O to have some spare time so we can start fabricating everything. Neither of us have a whole heap of time ATM (working 6-7 days a week), so it will be done when it can be. Most things are there. Just waiting on gates and the mufflers.
  7. Save yourself the headache and put another good condition standard RB25 back in it. Spend the money you saved on improving other aspects of the car.

  9. What's the setup? Use of car? Turbo's?
  10. What's the smallest point of the exhaust? Jap exhausts are good for "step downs" before the mufflers.
  11. Not too sure how much bigger intake pipes are going to make when the smallest point of the whole system is the elbows that bolt onto the compressor housings. There is a mod you can do here. Either way, 400 kW on -5's and much more has been achieved with all the stock gear in place many times. Get a decent sized exhaust on it. Twin 2.5's when you sit down and work it out isn't big at all. I'd say that would be external diameter too which makes things even worse. Very interesting to see what the cooler and Nismo pipes did. 450 RPM is massive!
  12. Ah right . Did you do anything funky with the engine freshen up? Raise compression? It would be good to overlay the -5's and a T04Z if the same bloke is tuning it. The 8374 should go alright .

  14. A walbro 460 will fit with another Nissan cradle intank. (I have one in the 33, not sure what/if there is a difference in the 32 with the different fuel tank setup). Have a look at the Holley dominator 1800 for an external. A bit more work, it will work and is quiet. Talk to Unigroup about the specific cradle to use

  16. Through 6 boost direct. $1350 from memory. I believe it's a rb25/26 flange. Makes sense to do it that way.

  18. The A-LSD to a real diff isn't a set in stone rule Apparantly. Terry from Award said its a car by car thing. Mine I had to replace the shafts but that doesn't mean the very next car off the production line needs to. That's what he said anyway. Doesn't really help .
  19. Geoff, no I didn't. It's almost been 4 months. I ordered them in black. Apparently Tial have no stock. I've been told early November. We will see. Any idea what your 8374 was turning to on your 2.6 L? The max speed of the 8374 is 127,000 RPM. Where would you like to see it set to without ringing it's neck?
  20. Try running it up at lower boost and another run with more boost early on. If it makes it to say 7000 rpm without the "miss" and then when you give it more boost it happens at say 4800 rpm, good chance it's that. I've had the same issue on my own car and it turned out to be float. Sounded like a missfire.
