That Flameout formula is really very good if you're over 35 or if it's required for inflammation. If you're under 35 or if the essential fatty acids are required for ordered brain function then EPA should be higher than DHA imho. Then the Bioceuticals "Ultraclean EPA/DHA Plus" is a fish oil that is well tolerated by people who often can't take a fish oil. I don't like their Conjugated Linolenic Acid approach however, because not evryone can convert Linolenic Acid to Gamma Linolenic Acid. I would accompany your essential fatty acid formula with a Evening Primrose Oil with added Vit E oil in it. What you'd want to happen is for... Linolenic Acid > Gamma Linolenic Acid (as in Evening Primrose Oil) > Dihomo Gamma Linolenic Acid > Prostaglandin E1 (which when you research or google it, is wonderful). Hivita Stress even has twice the amount of B3 than the ones above ie 350mg of Nicotinamide and 50mg of Nicotinic Acid (both forms of B3).
