  1. States like to think like states - ahem, independently. At one extreme, Wisconsin likes to have the power to crush them - say rather than sell them for charity and boot the car south to Mexico.
  2. I've ordered my N1 pics off John Keogh thanks Dale. I'd say he's got a good business - and in fresh air too.
  3. Sale prices of course will be somewhat less than the above. Insurance companies tend to give some latitude when it it comes to the Sum Insured.
  4. Good reply indeed. In Australia, rankings #4 and #5 are likely to be switched, or equal. On the world stage, yes, the Nismo model would be worth more than the ADM. Projected Sums Insured by Aust. Insurance Companies should be in 2015 in Renewal terms... (for top of the line specimens) around... * V-Spec II N1 - $95,000 * V-Spec N1 - $88,000 * Non V-Spec N1 - $80,000 * Aust Delivered - $78,000 to $83,000 * Nismo - $75,000 to $85,000 * V-Spec II - $53,000 * V-Spec - $43,000 * Non V-Spec - $33,000 Mods in my opinion (depending on what they are) might only shift those values north by a small margin. That'll be negotiated I'm sure between the owner and the company.
  5. And mine might be a head gasket as I found out to-day. Is it just me; or can you hear the Skyline guys laughing?
  6. So in 5 years, the value has doubled. Sums insured for a nice R32 GT-R V-Spec N1 will be over $90,000 this year.
  7. my zilla was small - but my b'fast was big!
  8. T.g. no evos *cough... ...must be all broke. Your expertise in photography has gone up in leaps and bounds Matt.
  9. 5/5 There's no doubt about the great diversity we've had to-day eh? Sorry to have missed out on most cars, but they'll be coming out shortly. I'm certainly looking forward to seeing the pics from Jason and Ciaron at the Weir and the Bridge. Thanks in advance to them!!!!
  10. Thanks for all the friendly faces - some of them new > still remembering a few more each time! 1/5
  11. * From Blue Mtns, I think it'll be best if we go... M4 > (Mamre Rd >) M7 > M5 > Heathcote Rd > Old Illawarra Rd > Sutherland Bypass. * I think some are still meeting at Twin Servos Maccas M4 eastbound PJ at 6.
  12. Who's? Who? ...hasn't aged a bit!
  13. Still available Kyle?
  14. Good. Well, I shall presume that I no longer need to be a messenger.
  15. Dream long. Dream bold.
  16. What a great Tech Night that was! Nulon thank you - staff of 80. Admitted to the industrial chemistry lab. A wealth of info - additional too to what we knew. Filtering down to 18 microns - sheesh! Many thanks to you the Exec for organising.
  17. needs jenny craig - but welcome to SAU if you buy it Steve! (looking at anything else as well?)
  18. Thanks for those leads Anthony. Much appreciated. I do believe that my friend has got in touch with Marcus already.
  19. Yes, whilst the Insurance Company is told of its whereabouts. They only require the VIN#. Engine# will also help, but that and the Rego# can be supplied later in most cases depending on the insurer.
