  1. At the end of the day it will be interesting to see the strengths of the new cars and teams. In 2008 the Ferari was potentially quicker over a single lap, evidenced by the amount of fastest laps by Kimi, but the window of such performance was problematic and they were often not as quick as the McLaren over a stint. Will this trend continue , as in recent years it was the other way around with the Ferrari being the more consistantly quicker car. I jsut hope Old Frank is there for the first few races. I love seeing the Williams in the points
  2. Thats not the point. The point is that Lewis understeered wide and left an easy opening for Vettel to get by. You only had to look at how much respect Vettel was showing Hamo by how easy it was for Kubica to smash past the both of them. Lewis made a mistake and Vettel helped himself and pulled a gap until they hit traffic.
  3. Flexible with price...
  4. For what sized rotor and in what state are you in. They are not difficult. Most performance brake places will be able to make them up for you if you give them your car and the brakes with the rotors you want to run. About two days and no way they will cost you more then $600 for the brackets. Most likely around $350, possibly as low as $250 .... it all depends on how much work is in them which is a result of the rotor and wheel you are running
  5. Awesome results. Thinking back to the late 90s a lot the mega quick GTRs were running twin 3037 and 3040s and running 9s on goat tracks that are Japanese drag strips. With a good box and fuel this thing would have you empyting your bowels in a heart beat ...and lets not turn this into another vs thread.
  6. May try and give Revolution a call, but need them to deliver. Will see how i go
  7. Ok, then where is the quickest and easiest pace to get them. Better shoot them off to the panel beater before the bonnet gets sprayed. Stuart? They may look ok on my car since i am doing the fan boy black and silver thing
  8. If you will $400 then shoot me your details and i will transfer some money tonight
  9. Depends on which turbo i end up parting with. Including ECU about $4000 for turbo, Pfc, gate and manifold and some piping ($1200 for turbo, $500 for gate, $400 for manifold, $200 for pipes and $1700 for Power fc with tune)
  10. Will also have a Power Fc with a great TD06 tune, has proven to be a rock solid 260rwkw tune for a std RB20, has done track dayws in the heat, the rain etc...tune has been what has made the setup shine.
  11. Interior looks the biz...are R34s anything like R32s with regards to the reflection in the screen from the dash? A shiny carbon dash may make visibilility a bit ordinary on a bright day? Does it need a bit of matt clear coat to tone it down?
  12. Can you get Ganadors that are all Carbon?
  13. Did you happen to buy the head of a forum member or did you get RAMS to build it up for you?
  14. LOL, 255/40/17
  15. Need them for guard clearancing. Thought i had a set but Will buy one, two , four, whatever you have for sale. Plenty of grip or no tread, just need them urgently
  16. I have my old manifold and gate that is coming off the car in a few weeks, the turbo may also be for sale if the new setup is actually an improvement. The manifold has a small crack where the runners for cylinder 1 and 2 merge, Its not possible to get to it with a tig welder but there is a chance you could run a big mig weld over the whole merge?!?! Either way, it has been like that for about 2 years and hsnt gotten any worse...i am only removing it as i am chasing a bit more response now that i am going larger TD06-25G and hoping that a 6boost manifold may help get back a few revs worth of response. But either way in a few weeks i will have for sale a Greddy manifold, gate and either a TD06-20G or a TD06-25G with dump pipe, air filter pipe and turbo to ic pipe
  17. Looks good, one of the more subtle ones which seems to suit the R32 better. How strong are the carbon bonnets with using Aerocatches. Is the carbon too rigid and brittle ?
  18. Which bonnet are you running? Its hard to find a good looking boonet for the R32
  19. I tried to use some about 3 years ago but woosed out because i didnt want to cut up my GTR bonnet...maybe its time to second guess that decision
  20. Have you seen my PMs regarding the tyres?
  21. So the power meter is sold, what about the Spec R boost controller?
  22. Mav should buy them, get rid of those wannabeeee Nismo wheels. Bronze on yellow would look good too
  23. If you can find a RB20 box from a std car you should be able to get some decent life out of it. Use god oil and shift sensibly and they can last a long time. My box has 195,000kms on it and is still alive as mostly refrain from heavy shifting But if the dollars are there then any RB25 / GTR gearbox install is going to cost at least $2500 including box so the quote seems fair, if not borderline pretty cheap
