  1. There is no way yo can put your fronts on the rear. Even if you could you dont want to. The AP 6 pots dont have all that much piston area and you would end up with way too much rear braking torque which will have you locking rears way too often
  2. Yeh, my thougts too. Nando and Kubz seemed genuinely happy for the guy. I think Kubz drove brilliantly. To carry a heavy car through those conditions and not surrender positions to the quicker two stoppers showed he drove brilliantly. His pace was good and he got the life he needed out of the tyres.
  3. I am not trying to take anything away from his race result, pace wise he drove brilliantly. I think the car again flattered him though. The ease at which he passed peoples revealed just how much more car he had under him. He didnt have to even really fight for the places he gained, he rolled up behind them, and 3-10 corners later he was past. Thats why i am disgusted he was doing the school boy stuff he was. When he got behind Massa he didnt have the car advantage anymore...and guess what, his so called brilliant race craft was where exactly? Like all drivers he is only able to extract from the car what it is willing to give. The other cars started working better and his progress stopped at Massa. Its not like Massa started to drive better then he was earlier in the race. That all said, he is brilliant at getting on with the job, in difficult conditions. Where others need to feel out conditions and find out how mcuh car they have under him he just drives straight up to the limit as though he knows exactly where it is. It was a good recovery drive, but if he had off out foxed Massa then i woudl have openly admitted that he was brilliant rather then the car being brilliant Anyway, my auctions just ended so off to sleep
  4. More then ever i want to see the bloke fail. Call it what you want, but when adversity rears its head he hasnt actually conducted business the way i would hope a world champion would. Hey they are only sportsman, but from time to time a person is allowed to hope for a person that has a better balance between determination and desire for success and the ability to temper their competitive streak with some ethics or sense of fairness. Did he need to force Glock off the road, Webber, Alonso? Nope
  5. And ts good to read in another interview Hamo has tried to sound a little more sincere in congratulating STR/Vettel
  6. I hope that F1 gets a champion who races hard and is a good style of sportsman. I liked MS in his early days and his final days. But he lost me as a fan for many of his F1 years. I am from the school of thought its not whether you win but whether you play with a straight bat. If Vettel gets the chance i hope he stays his current easy going and likable self. Hamilton seems to want to be remembered like MS and Senna for all the wrong cut throat reasons. He has the best tool at present and still feels the need to play dirty. I cant wait to see him in a McLaren like we saw in the mid 90s and early 2000s, ie not in the top 3 teams. Swings and round abouts with changes of staff and regs. If Lewis is committed to Mac then sooner or later they will lose their way a bit
  7. I liked the fact that drivers when they overshot etc gave up postion immediately and went on about racing. I feel if the FIA had not cracked down on Lewis last weekend that todays race would have been screwed by drive throughs for every 2nd competitor. I get the feeling that Lewis is feeling the backlash of other drivers comments through the week, and went about trying to prove that he doesnt care about last weekends decision and that he is still going to be very forceful in overtaking. I think he went too far....but i suspect he was trying to prove a point. Just lucky Glock didnt write off his third Toyota of the year
  8. More Hamo love... Asshole...'oh who won Vettel?, good for him.' Ok, the tone was not exactly congratulatory Then he said: 'If it stayed wet i'd have won no problem.'
  9. Work...our old office was track side on the 30th floor on the harbour...new office is not so close Though the apartmetn i stay in is close, only my window faces the wrong direction So need tickets
  10. Well, i am in Singapore for the GP, flying out to India Sunday night, but i still ant get a decent ticket
  11. Are you seriously crying?
  12. The same thing that happened to Lewis a few GPs a go happened to Webber today. After his first stop he came out 2 seconds off where he needed to be track position wise, and ended up behind all the one stoppers. He then showed his usual controlled (perhaps too controlled) self and waited for the conditions and pit stops to come to him. Still, it was a good result for Webber as of late the RBR has been a pig. I so hope one day Lewis gets snotted, the move on Glock was absolutely disgraceful...adn so, so dangerous!
  13. Dont be too quick to write off Webz, he is the sort of guy that will improve with a better team mate as rather then cry and sook he will dig deeper and work harder. I dont think Webber will be flogged by him, Webz is too good and and has genuine speed that he can pull from nowhere. So i will reserve my judgement until they are driving from teh same garage.
  14. Fark ppl saying Hamilton is good for the sport. Right here is the best thing that has happened to F1 for years. A genuine young guy with speed!!!!!!!!! Who, has fessed up to his mistakes, and no doubt will be a scare to Webz next year
  15. Heikki looks like he has the shits Good to see Alonso and Kubz so happy for Vettel
  16. Awesome work by Vettel, and how humble does he sound! ...and poor Bourdais....what could have been for the guy!
  17. Its official. Lewis is a farking dog. Full stop. He has finally sealed my low opinion of the guy! Farking dog and the biggest thing is he has painted himself as the biggest hypocrit on the grid bitching like an estrogen charged bitch about Kimi moving over on him!
  18. COME ON WEBBER...PUNCH IT UP THE INSIDE OF LEWIS!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. Surely Lewis cant get on the podium from here? Great drive if he can
  20. $10 says now they are all on inters is pisses down and robs STR of the well earned win
  21. COME ON VETTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAMO ON COLD TYRES!
  22. Heikki to be a guinea pig for Lewis on intermeidates? Just a question of when!
  23. The way Lewis is driving Massa and his Ferrari stand little chance. Hopefully Mass doesnt let him past and realises he is better of both DNF rather then losing a pass. So if Lewis wants to do his aggressive pass then let him run into him
  24. Alonso on intermediates. RBR need to keep an eye on him
