  1. I've trial fitted these BBS LM 18 x 10 and to me they don't fit. Just a smidge too wide. With my suspension settings I suspect they might have cleared the guards under compression (though hard to tell as it was car park driven only), but they sat a poofteenth proud of the rear guard and just looked too big. Full lock either direction was fine too. A real pity as these are beautiful rims. I guess as they fit the purple 32 they can be made to fit with some work. Purple GTR is for sale FYI.
  2. May have been. It now belongs to an Aaron. Racepace machine with a big single as far as I know.
  3. They're done. APs front and back 355 / 343 6 pot 4 pot. Get em in a couple of weeks.........Finances - RED ALERT.
  4. FYI this car has R34 Brembos and clear well. My brake guy said the AP CP5555 caliper has a similar lateral dimension so same should be true for them too.
  5. Joey, they look fantastic. Pure porn. At last I get to see them on a car. In certain light I always thought the steel colour had a slight green tinge so it's kind of funny they've ended up on a green car. Stay away from those gutters.....!
  6. Awesome. Pics or ban!
  7. Just to ensure I'm not guilty of spreading misinformation, I've just visited this car and the guards are lipped, but no camber. I'll take my car with no lipping to the rims on Monday and report back about how they fit. Seems 10" is getting on the wide side but with some jiggling they can be made to fit. Sorry for the bum steer y'all.
  8. Yeah, thanks BB. I've measured from the face of the rotor to the inside of the spokes and we've got about 72mm, and 65 is a generous dimension for this caliper (so I'm told). The car I did this on, was running Alcons on a 355 or 365mm rotor, so hopefully OK.
  9. I got 190 something at the wheels with the boost restrictor bored out (0.95bar?) and an average cat back zorst on it. No other mods at all. With new steel turbos (sorry, not sure what they are) that are not much larger than std (if at all) and the boost ramped up (again, short on details) my car made 260-270RWKW with no other mods other than the zorst. This was a fresh engine with full bottom end re-build (but that is not likely to affect power so much as reliability). Hope this helps.
  10. Just came across these and am very likely buying them. 18 x 10 and they are fitted to this R32 GTR with no guard rolling or camber. So it would seem that the success of fitting this size is down to the car set up and the rim, especially the offset. So it can be done. I'm still gunna get me some TE37s......(drool).
  11. Now I'm laughing. I know what neg camber is, I'm more interested in FTW. I looked it up and it can be sincere or sarcastic. I take it FTW was an endorsement of neg camber. I'm running about an extra degree from stock. Not much but enough.
  12. Thank you. Yeah, the 9.5 are +22, but not sure what the 10s should be. Around your offsets would be my guess. Your Work rims look fantastic. What ever I go for it has to have lateral clearance for AP CP5555 calipers on 355 rotors.
  13. "For The Win." An enthusiastic emphasis to the end of a comment, message, or post. Sometimes genuine, but often sarcastic. As I'm old, does FTW mean you like camber or you don't?
  14. Such a pity these are not forged as they are the best looking rim going.....Thanks for the post.
  15. Cheers for that, but the link is 23 pages and dates back to 2003! I've not got that many bed times! Will try and track down JF. Is that his 'handle' on SAU?
  16. No. But the set I'm after is on a boat and they might be 10", hopefully 9.5" or 9", so I'm trying to see if I should wait for them or go new before the peso drops any further.
  17. I'm sure it's on here and I have searched, but to no avail I'm keen to hear from anybody who has run 18 x 10 rims on their R32 GTR. I might want to do this but will not be rolling or modifying guards or using spacers. They are not allowed to foul the suspension or body work under any circumstances (full lock, under compression). I will not be running camber to tuck them in, either. So, do they, can they fit? I'm looking at Rays / Volk TE37s so if you have experience with them, them so much the better. Cheers.
  18. 17 x 9 they are. R32 are 16 x 8 and R34 18 x 9. The tyres on them when I got them were 245/45/17 which is an unusual size. They sat a little stretched. I believe 255s will fit well and at a push you could fit 265 depending on tyre (not R specs) and how you like you tyres to be (too big will be baggy and tyre will sit proud of the rim). I was personally going to fit 255/40/17 RE01Rs but the $ dropped off and that got too expensive.......What could have been.
  19. Any other people with rims who want to trade for cash?
  20. Ta. Great. Can you give me a ball park of what $$ you're looking for too (in the PM)
  21. Pics? Location? Could be good.
  22. Yeah, thanks for that. I've got big brakes going on so don't want any dish. Offset needs to suit brake clearances.
  23. An upcoming brake upgrade will soon render my space-saver-spare-useless. Not wanting to be caught in the boonies with a flat, I will need to carry a full size spare. I'll get a new rim locator machined up to secure it it the boot, but I need a single rim & tyre for the job. Not the end of the world if it doesn't have a tyre, but better if it does. I guess I could put this money towards a second set of rims, so if it gets too expensive I might go down that path instead. So, if for an odd reason you have an R34 GTR rim gathering dust in the old garage and you're wondering how the hell you'll ever get rid of it, then I'm your answer. Cheers.
  24. Speweing I didn't order some TE37s a couple of months ago. They're now $600 more expensive a set..... So, I need a set of high quality forged 18 x 9 or 9.5 rims for my R32 GTR. I already have some R34 GTR, so I guess you now know my taste Who has got something for me? Surely someone has fallen on hard times and needs to offload some hot rims....? Need to have good brake clearance too. Andrew, my offer still stands.
