  1. Very nice! Again, what camera you using?
  2. You don't have to be a member to come out on cruises, but if you are a VIC SAU Member, you will also gain access to Official VIC SAU Cruises, which only members can attend. Just check the "Victoria", "Events" Section for cruises, Dyno Days, and other type events and once you got membership you can gain access to the "VIC Members Area". Cool! Post pics...
  3. Take your aftermarket BOV off and just have the stock one. Fit the stock exhaust back on and pass the RWC then put it back on if you want.
  4. White car, black wheels with red lip looks faken mad! Gives you the tuff look. Go for it, but what the hell is Initial D wheels? Initial D is a Japanese Anime...
  5. You should change your Oil and Oil Filter every 5000kms no matter if the car is driven more or less. If the oil you used before (Motul?) has no problems then stick to it. If you want to change it up, go Mobil Full Synthetic, but like Moodles2 has said, you have done 160K, so you engine is older then the newer Skylines, keep an eye on your oil when using a full synthetic.
  6. Haha!! See her in the flesh eah... You coming out for a cruise? Yeah take some pics and we go from there.
  7. LOL! "Shiny chromey HKS Pipes" Are you talking about your intercooler piping? You have HKS intercooler piping... Install an aftermarket boost gauge to give you either PSi or Bar reading. Take photos and let me have a look.
  8. Ok I see your point. Not that I "don't" like the gearbox in the R35 GTR, as said in my earlier post, It is a very superior gearbox. So yes I do like the gearbox. I should have said, I "Prefer" a Manual stick shift and clutch pedal. Growing up driving manual with the stick shift and clutch pedal is pretty much second nature for me + I enjoy it. "Just because you like it does not mean I have to like it..." - What I meant to say here was, I like having the clutch pedal and stick shift and you prefer not to have it... Doesn't mean I have to like what your like... Hope I did not confuse you... Anyway, just a small misunderstanding. Again, don't get me wrong, the R35 GTR gearbox is superior, I do like it, I just preferred it being a "Manual" as the title of the thread stated. Cool!
  9. Strut brace would help a lot. Deiced on how many kW's you want first then start the up grading. "HKS dump and peripheries piping (im still learning, i dunno what its called...) and seals and stuff. which is good, you know, cuz i like purple haha" Not quite following you there... Purple..? So you got HKS Dump pipes with Perforated straight through piping..? If so, it helps with the exhaust flow to run smoother / quicker = faster your car will go. I would probably just leave the aftermarket cat back exhaust and just put in a high flow cat and "Down and Front" Pipes, which bolt on after your Dump pipes to free up the exhaust fumes as it will be a mighty gain on the RB26DETT. Again deiced on how many kW's you want as the Stock GTR air intake / panel filter, front mount intercooler, blow off valve, fuel injectors (just to name a few) are all good for over 300kW's... So no need to change. My suggestion is make sure your exhaust is at least 3" all the way and go for a boost controller and an APexi Power FC (ECU). Don't boost it up too much as from memory the Stock R33 GTR turbos are still ceramic internals. Stock boost is abour 10.9 PSi (+0.7 Bar), you could run a few more PSi but I suggest do not go over 14.7 PSi (1 Bar).
  10. Yeah righ, I see... Anyway. Any plan on mods for your R33 GTR?
  11. Yeah LOL! Every time I drove past the place it was always the same cars... How are they still around if not selling much? So American Made Cycles were selling the R33 GTR for 28K with no reg no rwc? They being a Car Sales dealer, you'd hope they give it to you...
  12. Ballarat girl eah... I did my VCE / high school there back in 2000-2001. Might have to make a trip to see what's roaming around. Small place so you usually know who's driving what and who hangs out where... Friday and Saturday nights down "Main" street was or still is "Hoon" city LOL! Nice R33 GTR. Private import or from a dealer? American Made Cycles still there? There were selling a R33 and R34 GTR a while back.
  13. Why are you firing of at me for? I did not say anything negative about the gearbox in the R35 GTR... It is a very superior gearbox compared to a lot of other gearboxes. Yes I can see the advantages of not having the clutch pedal and just the quick shift... Just because you like it does not mean I have to like it... "In My Opinon" I enjoy the feel of shifting gears with the clutch pedal, I was bought up driving manual with the clutch pedal, I am very use to it and I feel very in-control of the car. And the quicker I can shift with the clutch pedal the better for me. I am simply answering the tread / topics question. So I am a "Honda fanboy" now, am I?
  14. It's the fun of driving a "Manual" car, hence the title of the thread...
  15. Oh YEAH! Gun Metal Grey R35 GTR on Kent St. turning onto Church St. in Richmond.
  16. Looks like black Nismo LMGT4's (Made by Rays Engineering Wheels) with custom White painted outer Lip.
  17. The vented bonnet should come with a piece of metal that you can bolt back on to cover up the vents from underneath. When it is cold and wet, you won't need the vent as the ambient temp's are a lot lower.
  18. Yeah as you would not go anything bigger than 18" on R32/R33/R34.
  19. DarkChild, do you run "The Clipping Point" website? There are some awesome pics and topics on that website.
  20. ^^Yep Spray a little WD40 and see how you go.
  21. Nismo exhaust looks mad! Nice and clean car too!
  22. Damn that black R31 GTS-R looks faken awesome. +1 for the RB26
