just going through the sup regs and it says that vehicles need to have a dashboard. does my one count as its not a factory thing? also, how strict are they on the seats? mine has no CAMS/FIS tags on it (Cheapo copy seat)

i saved around 8kg in doing the rear quarter and windows lexan. thats in a 31 though. if its track only how about fuel cell removing hicas +all lines titanium nut/bolts +wheel nuts rotor with alloy hats bonnet boot and doors in carbon smallest wheels your brake will allow (i think you save around 1kg a tyre a inch) alloy/titanium pipe work etc etc maybe even going something like a LS1/X/2 or VQ35DE+t lot of weight saved in alloy blocks and ive seen a dude pick up the 6 speed out of the VQ35 under one arm! depend on how serious you are i suppose.

ohh yeah i have a thread in here not much to update really. i got the cage in, it and the interior are now black. took it to a SOTS at wakie for some fun (round 1:10s hand timed) i think the coils are sparking out as it would start to miss something bad around 5k. also ive order some new smaller front spacers in the effort of trying to dial out some camber. after a full day, a hole inch on the out side of the fronts were still clean! spose thats what you get for have the alignment setup for sliding

James edit both keith and jim had recommended me single plate clutches, and both said the multi's are for posers Your flywheel should be fine, but you'll need to have it machined/faced and as for the creak, its probably just the pivot point for the clutch fork that needs greasing
