If you read on the finalgear site apparently the week before they are going to have a special on it or something. That said I dont know why you would want to see fottage of an accident that almost killed someone.

Maybe I should have been more specific... Is a small intercooler going to be worth the cost. As in is something 'x' bigger which is going to require the front bar to be cut to fit it going to be that much better that I would be stupid to be spending my money on something smaller, to only find its not working and have to change it to a larger item. Then if the small cooler isnt going to work, is a water spray going to fix that problem, or is too small just simply too small, no amount of spray will fix it.

So is it meant to clear up by tonite?

Im looking at upgrading shortly to one of these fancy pants slide turbos (just rb20 hiflowed) Thus so I would be thinking the standard cefiro sidemount intercooler would be reaching its limits, especially with 14-16 or so psi running though it. Now where the problem lies is, I dont want to stuff about with moving or removing the a/c, as this could be somewhat costly (that and I like my a/c). And the other, I dont want to cut my front bar up. I think it looks stupid, and Im trying to keep the car as stock looking as posible. The thoughts I have had so far are one of those big sidemounts, and maybe some form of electronic waterspray on it. Or a small fm, small like 250x400x70 or something, once again with a waterspray if needed. Where Im unsure is something that small going to be effective? Id like to try and stay away from the waterspray, purely to keep the costs down. The car is mostly used for driving to work on the gateway motorway (ie 5kmh for 20kms) so its not really booted on the street. Im just thinking for track days, that sort of stuff so its likely to have constant airflow when the turbo is being worked hard. And Im not really in to drift or drag. So experts, help away please. (ps I do know how to use the search funtion, so if this has been covered before, feel free to find the topic for me)

Going through this thread trying to find which semi slick to go. And Im getting confused, seems you need to be in the know to recognise the tyre codes So bang for buck, as in best grip for the best dollars, Im not overly intrested atm in breaking any land speed records. Size is whatever size fits the standard R32 rims (205/50/16 I think???). Which semi should I be looking at? Also Im in brisbane.

Apparently Duncan the sport maxx is the replacement. I have the sp9000s on the front, and the sport maxx on the rear. But yeah, both awesome tyres. I've had them on for a while now and got used to them, pretty happy, even seem to wear ok given the type of tyre.

I think these days there is also a plastic film product that you can use. Its simlar to contact, just obviously way better and made specifically for the automovite market. Maybe look in to that. Its also clear...

Wellll. What we say is buy the best tyres you can afford. Its one place where skimping a bit to save $10 a corner just isnt worth it. I've got $1300 worth of tyres on my car, just on 17s to give an idea on how important I feel tyres are. The way I saved the money on tyres was changing the rear size to a 235 which in my tyres is apparently more popular, therefore cheaper.

Go give plasma or platelets once a month minium. (they are bits of blood) Go to gym and put on a minium of 5kgs like the doctor told me I should almost 12months ago Try and take up squash again. Get semi slicks and try and get out to at least 3 track days. Improve my skimboarding. Finish off all the little bits on the car. And just in general get out more. If I nail one I'll be happy
