Haha...another update! The guy asked for his $2K deposit back!!! What a letdown... but on the bright side the R32 will stay on as our TKO shop demo car. I'll post up some pics soon.

Bomex front lip (discontinued) cost A$150, and the wide aero fenders cost A$200 for the pair. Bear in mind that I bought both items off Yahoo Auctions Japan while I was in Japan, and obviously had the parts bolted to the car before I shipped them to Australia. It's the cheapest yet most time wasting way to do it.

A Vertex copy bodykit and some deep dish black 19" alloys (Junction Produce style) will finish it off. I hope to have this done by the end of the Australian summer.

Thread resurrection Well... this is probably the last time I'll post a pic of the old wine red R32. It'll be the last time because a very excited young whippersnapper came into our shop (TKO Tinting) and straight up offered $13,000 (THIRTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ) for my old ride... he said it was the "phattest" thing he'd ever seen (he was from the UAE I think) and with a $2,000 deposit it was a sealed deal. They don't have personalized plates nlike AU. You can however choose the numbers (on a standard plate) for an extra fee AFAIK. Officially you cannot take plates out of Japan. I went to the Licencing center in Kobe and was promptly told that all plates are recirculated back into the system and that even getting the aluminium screw cover things (on the back plate) are illegal to give out. They care about their jobs so they wouldn't change their minds no matter how much you want to pay. Getting plates illegaly on the other hand...

Hahaha you and Nick are the Coffee BOSSES! I've never met any other ppl that extolled the virtues of Boss can Coffee so much Have you tried Coffee Boy? It's available in very few places (maybe just a Hyogo thing?) but it's the tastiest coffee IMO available in Japan. Go for the strong Ice Coffee blend... ooh lala...
