  1. Sorry guys, but if I danced around for everyone, then a date would never be set. So I'm catering for all the mothers out there and avoiding Mother's Day. Its done and I'm not changing it now. Can't make it, then see if you can send a proxy or PM me, or meet me at one of the usual hangouts.
  2. You won't have anything to show for it yet ... but you can submit your membership applications to me now. Until the Committee is voted in, see me personally and I will 'sign off' on the payment. You better
  3. Doh! Don't go giving her ideas!!!
  4. Who cares. Its NS. Leave their sandpit alone
  5. I have been able to confirm with Ministry of Bass: Saturday 9th May @ 1pm, there will be another meeting/bbq/fundraiser at Ministry of Bass, 1205 South Road, St Marys. At this meeting, copies of the Constitution, membership forms, and Committee nominee forms will again be available for collection. Sunday 10th May is Mother's Day, so I've had to nominate the Saturday. Apologies for those who are stretched to make it. Please feel free to PM me or arrange a catchup at Vilis or whatever to discuss and collect forms. Two weeks after that meet, Sunday 24th May @ 1pm (to be confirmed), there will be a final meet whereby the Committee nominees will be presented and a vote by paid members made for who they feel best to fill the four positions on the Committee. Therefore, members have over 3 weeks to decide who they would nominate and vote for. I, for one, will be speaking with certain members over the next few weeks to inform them I would like them to be on the Committee, and why, and will cast my vote their way if they are interested and have the time. Once the Committee is elected, we will have names of the President and Treasurer to go on record to lodge our CAMS affiliation forms, bank account forms, PO box forms etc. I have the forms ready and waiting, but we first need to elect committee members before we can proceed any further. Once the Committee is elected in some 4 weeks time, we lodge all paperwork to make things all official and SAU SA is born! I can email a PDF copy of the Constitution, membership form, and committee nominee form to anyone interested. Please PM me. Well done guys and thanks for having faith.
  6. Spoke with Simon. Next BBQ meet will be Saturday 9th May @ 1pm @ Ministry of Bass, 1205 South Road, St Marys. I will start a fresh thread for this meet.
  7. Where's the snail?
  8. I haven't been pulled over in the Stagea much (mostly breathos and cruise meets when I'm with the cops), but my bikes certainly get alot of attention. Been pulled over on the Brutale alot. Even got an interest to buy it from a copper. Nice thread ressurection by the way
  9. Fine, but don't they normally leave everything to guessing and speculation anyway? How about: "Hoon runs from police" kind of story
  10. Wouldn't mind a cruise. If my Stag isn't sold, I'll see what I can do (got another FMIC install to do).
  11. ^^^ There you have it
  12. I'm surprised the Advertiser didn't use that photo for "Import driver runs from police" kind of story
  13. Crap! Let me speak with Simon @ MOB and I'll work out other arrangements. Will either be day before (Saturday 9th May) or the week after (Sunday 17th May).
  14. Everyone, quick, look busy! I'm glad you said Doohan and not Rossi
  15. +1 I run a 3" system with hi flow cat, berklee box resonator and 5zigen muffler and its a nice quiet note, tested with a meter at 90dba. Had the car in the workshop 3 times until I was happy with it.
  16. Wow, this has been entertaining I miss much. True. F1 survives on its sponsorship. Regardless of the size and popularity of F1 it needs the money rolling in to sustain it. I can't even imagine what solutions the management of this will come up with. The economics would be huge ... perhaps simple fines rather than ban?
  17. Ha! Who wouldn't give an "honest effort" if your mate offered you to root his model girlfriend/wife.
  18. If you go a Cooling Pro stealth fmic kit, then you won't need the gtr plenum. The Cooling Pro kit uses the stock piping in the engine bay. Just seems a waste for a gtr plenum and injectors if your engine/turbo is pretty much stock.
  19. Sweet! My inbox is getting full again. I'm cleaning it out as I'm certain I've gotten back to everyone ... including those who I responded to this morning: Inline6, Talbo, Heslo, Dohmar, Dion, Bezender, Jase. If I have not and I've missed you, please nudge me to do so and I will email you the PDF docs.
  20. Did the cops nick him?
  21. I have emailed the docs off to those who have PMed me their email addy. I am still waiting on a few to confirm their email address ... if you don't have my PDFs, then I may not have your address yet.
  22. What other mods are you doing to support this upgrade? Bigger turbo? Intercooler? Exhaust? There are gains to be had with other mods done first.
  23. LMMFAO
  24. I was happy to see my house extension still standing after the weekend of wind and rain Means I'm doing something right
