  5. Riiiiiight....looks very legit
  6. Just got a quote yesturday for $1663 inc +$20 to upgrade to a 5bars MAP and $280 for a knock amp
  7. Roger that, I agree. I guess for an engine running to 15,000 rpm the extra points may be more useful. The reason I ask is I was very close to purchasing an SM4 @ $2100(trade price) but really like the idea of a plugin ecu, especially in the std casing. As far a I can tell, all I need is a knock amp to gain all the features I could possiblely need for my motor. Is there any other functions apart from increased resolution that the autronic has over the Vi-Pec? or visa versa? Is the cost of the RB26 plugin $1650? or more expensive since it has a built-in MAP sensor?
  8. And Autronic has 18load, 32rpm. Does that sound correct? So 576 to 440 points
  9. 550nm ....that's alot
  10. I have a few, what parts do you need? pm me
  11. Actually, it's the other way round. Spilt are good for response due to less turbulence but lack outright size. Bell mouth are better for outright power due to there larger housings. Most new Garrett turbo's have a divider in built now making split dumps old news.
  12. So in comparison to a SM4, what is the outcome? What is the X,Y resolution of the maps.. I have had much luck finding that out.
  13. 33 GTR rear pods, PM me

  15. I have an ARC M073 twin inlet. Used it with 2560R-5's. Upgraded from trust and the differance was staggering. Have tested ARC/HKS/Trust/Apexi. (flow, cooling and pressure drop) -ARC were the best hands down in every possible way, even give more flow to the radiator. -Trust were good in the 150mm wide version (no pressue drop, reasonable cooling) -Apexi Cool well due to having a longer 710mm core, but had some pressure drop(3psi) -and HKS recorded pressure drop and suffered from heat soak after a few runs. Still all better than chinese bar and plate. For the power you are after I would use the ARC. Which supports up to 400rwkw and will give more throttle response/midrange improvement over the trust. For over 400rwkw....up to 500rwkw the ARC M105+M109 Over 500rwkw Trust 150mm single or twin inlet The bell mouthed inlet on the ARC cores make prettty much all other coolers redundant ARC technology explained Goto products, Commentary ◎ cooler interface | 1 2 3 4 5 6 7. and flick through the 7 pages
  16. nice set of slugs!....also these are the best set of dumps you can get for use under 700ps worth over $1500 new, will never crack and will retain the heat energy due to being cast. very nice set!
  17. Anyone know what the process is for SA?
  18. best price on Toyo Proxies 265 or 275-30-19 x 4 to Adelaide Best price I've had so far is $1190 delivered. Cheers Matt
  19. I have these for my R33 GTR. They are an exceptional item. I have used them on the track with no worries. Maybe slightly soft, but on a road/track car they are perfect. The adjustable damper goes so hard they almost feel like solid rods.
  20. Will be laggy, 1bar by around 4800rpm. not really suited to track or hill climbs. You would be faster on a tight track with Gtss or -5's
  21. They wouldn't make that power on pump fuel without some enlargerment. The compressors simply do not flow enough air. Hence why I asked if it was engine dyno'd....since the best engineering shops will only tune this way. Torque can be measured to .1 ft lb which gives a very very good indication of cylinder pressures. I wouldn't be suprised to see that type of response on a 2.9 from modified -5's, baby cams help aswell
  22. I saw that comment thankyou. RD28 diesel cranks are billet, and if stroked would be custom....the conrod diameter is larger than a 26 so easy to do
  23. ok, well .84A/R exhaust housings are not a 2860R-5 generic item, nor do they come with a matching exhaust outlet flange pattern...hello custom dumps no comments on the RD28 crank???
  24. Garrett -5's and 468kw ??? this must have been on an engine dyno...right? Was the crank originally an RD28?
  25. I would put the BOV back to normal. Since new gapped plugs fixed the issue for a short time. Taking the BOV out of the loop causes mixtures to go very rich when backing of the gas and hench fouling new plugs very early. I wouldn't bother with splitfire coil packs if yours are working ok. They are not any better than perfect std items!
