  1. cant wait to see this thing all done. sounds good mate! good luck with the build!!!
  2. set the rear coilovers to the softest theycan go with the fronts stiff. the whole ass end will squat and sit the weight over the rear for better traction while the front stiffness will keep the front up bit higher. if its going to be a drag only car, then your best bet is to get 90/10 drag suspension. shim up your diff to get full lock if you dont want to buy a brand new LSD ---> http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Di...Gt-t164288.html the pineapples can be set up differently for different things --> http://www.whiteline.com.au/instruction/203a_KCA349.pdf
  3. spotted 32 GTR at wholesale suspension with plates ITEASE. looked tough.
  4. well wholesale said they look fine. and also said my rear just jap camber arms are pretty much identical to their own brand, only that theirs are blue. top blokes at wholesale. very recommended!
  5. just wow.... epic story lol. great work mate.
  6. installed a pair i got from just jap on my 33 gtst today. seem solid. my standard ones rubbers had pretty much exploded. going for an alignment tomorrow at wholesale suspension so ill let you all know what they think about them.
  7. how much are your quotes? cause mines a lil worse but it will give me some idea. havent been f*ked to do anything yet and its starting to get a lil surface rust on the scratches.
  8. all good. ended up booking in at wholesale suspension at penrith. just wanted to find somewhere closer. ah well
  9. lookin and sounding good mate. shoulda left the exhaust off ;D lol on the road yet? u'll have to chuck up a vid of driving it around
  10. Hey all I've got some rear adjustable camber arms and getting front adjustable castor rods and possibly hicas lock bar today so I'll obviously need some aligning. nothing overly detailed, just nice enough for the street to get rid of my tyre wear. I need a good suspension place in the South West area cause I dont want the local tyre place fiddling with it all. Any help appreciated Thanks Jaye
  11. distributors- A&B Motorsport http://www.aandbmotorsports.com/ in Brookvale, Sydney
  12. ive seen pics of people using big multigrisp on the ring thing. god that gave me the shits putting it back on. too fiddly to get off centre. also, it may take a lil while to get it on the mount. took me around 10mins of constant trying. you'll get it eventually
  13. awaiting next GB due to cash is there gonna be another one ???? :s
  14. check if its fibreglass or plastic. plastic is original. fibreglass is aftermarket. id have to say (from seeing others) plastic is 100% better. my bar can take mild bumps that glass would usually crack at. be careful with what ppl on ebay say mate. make sure its the right thing
  15. its said that series 1.5 is series 1 car with a series 2 motor. so going on that info, series 2 coilpacks. but as above, check for ignitor module on back of coilpack cover. if its there, series 1, if not, series 2 GL
  16. sounds f*kin amazing. love it dave! nice work!
  17. i have a similar story. was driving to pick a mate up from work along milperra rd coming up to bunnings milperra, me in far left lane and semi next to me. far right lane a tyre truck was putting along (f*kin dodgy truck) tyre falls off, i didnt see it cause of the semi but swerved into the gutter wen i did, nearly mounting it and tyre wouldve missed my rear guard by a few mm's. crazy shit. on your topic, check in the for for sale section of the forum as you MAY find an original 33 gtr bar. you could also go to jap wreckers (depending on location) but not sure if Just Jap at Kirawee have any (95450532), not likely but worth a chance at Sumo Spares in Chipping Norton (97247860) or Prestige Motorsport in Lansvale (97260505)
  18. true. but it couldnt hurt to give it a go. maybe see how it goes for a lil while till you find the correct part
  19. 08r3308 it happened in Moorebank. car was on the front lawn. Terry, she hadnt told insurance about amp and sub so sadly no cover. Brendan, they smashed drivers side window. weird cause it looked they were throwin the glass around. there was glass on the roof and bonnet. the didnt even touch the head unit or the D&G sunnies in centre console.
  20. maybe they were shitting themselves back in the day but im pretty trusting of mine. only after seeing numerous sets on cover cars pushing ridiculous power figures and track cars.
  21. looks great! will have to put this on the to do list. are you going to put a cover the surrounding of the projector? like where you can see the screws?
  22. Bakes, saw it in PI. absolutely in love with ur car!!! nice work mate!
