  1. You can't look up engine numbers, RB's and the like ended up in shitloads of different models and only really came in a few different long motor variants depending on 4WD or RWD. Nissan may have a master list somewhere of what number came in what chassis number but chances of finding this information even if talking to Nissan japan directly are probably pretty slim.
  2. Hmm I see problem with 1UZ, passenger side looks easy as, drivers side looks pretty annoying though.
  3. They don't look too hard, they're between the cams under the valley covers?
  4. 25 is a pain with 3 point strut brace and stock plenum though.
  5. There wouldn't be need to do internals unless you're chasing huge numbers anyway, they've gfot the usual Toyota overengineered-ness to them... A 1GZ-FE swapped Majesta with a quality exhaust would be boss as f**k imo.
  6. Was looking at them the other day, there's some awesome ones for sale for not much at all. Would obviously be cheaper through auctions too. http://www.goo-net-exchange.com/usedcars/TOYOTA/CROWN_MAJESTA/700020348020130415001/index.html http://www.goo-net-exchange.com/usedcars/TOYOTA/CROWN_MAJESTA/700020458420120621001/index.html http://www.goo-net-exchange.com/usedcars/TOYOTA/CROWN_MAJESTA/700020458420120802002/index.html http://www.goo-net-exchange.com/usedcars/TOYOTA/CROWN_MAJESTA/700050421620130414003/index.html
  7. Fuel warning light is a separate sender to the one for the guage, it's a switch that's attached near the bottom of the tank, it may have been an issue with the wiring?
  8. Excellent post Jonoe, 10/10
  9. Fast says they're "Damper assembly, dynamic rear suspension" I guess maybe they weight the corners of the subframe and stop it shifting on its mounts as much when hard cornering?
  10. R33 Skyline Sedan. Have owned this vehicle since 2010, when I bought it it was completely stock with the exception of a set of cheap rims. Have been slowly piecing it together however can not afford to finish it at the moment as such I am listing it as an EOI. if someone is interested at or near my asking price I will sell but if all I get are lowball offers I will keep it and wait until I can complete it to my standards. 11. Before paint.. eh.. after paint.. HOLY f**kING HNNNNNNG!
  12. Those weights shouldn't get in the way, some Skylines have them too though I have no idea what they're for.
  13. No worries, chuck me a PM if you wanna come and grab em.
  14. Heathcote, might be a bit of a drive though
  15. Yup, 17x9 +22
  16. Have my SA3R's with near new federal 595's, should clear Brembos, unsure how they'll fit on the Emo but you're welcome to borrow them.
  17. 5x115.3 & how long you need em for?
  18. They're all serviceable, Fast just won't let you select the bearing individually on the GTST pictures. If you go to the GTR one and then grab the part number though it shows up with numbers for GTS models as well. Only the R34's won't let you see part numbers for the lower bearing for 2WD models by itself but I'm willing to be it's probably interchangeable with R33 part numbers. I may be wrong though, anyone with a 34GTT know? R32-34 Kingpin bearing part numbers Upper Kingpin Bearing R34/R33/R32 ALL NSK 40030-33P02 ALL NTN 40030-33P07(Is listed as an NTN bearing for R33/34 but listed as an NSK bearing for R32? Doesn't really matter cus they're just manufacturers, just odd) Lower Kingpin Bearing R34(4WD Part numbers only) GTS4 NSK 40030-33P12 GTS4 NTN 40030-33P17 GTR NSK 40030-60U00 GTR NTN 40030-60U05 R33 2WD NSK 40030-33P12 2WD NTN 40030-33P17 4WD NSK 40030-60U00 4WD NTN 40030-60U05 R32 ALL NSK 40030-60U00 ALL NTN 40030-60U05 Well having a proper look through all of them neatly looks like all R32's used the(I'm guessing larger) bearings found in the 4WD 33's & 34's, probably due to cutting costs I believe they've probably gone to a smaller bearing for 2WD 33's and then GTS4 34's. 34GTT bearings may very well be this same part number but as FAST won't show them I'm guessing Nissan want you to just replace the entire kingpin assembly as people have stated. Can also grab numbers for the seals etc if anyone needs them.
  19. The bolts(At least on the rad support panel) Are meant to be zinc coated not painted. You'd look at things like that, how shiny the paint is in relation to surrounding areas, overspray. Panel gaps should be uniform and welds in the engine bay should all be spot welds. Also look out for anything that has been painted black or hit heavily with non standard sound deadening coating undercoat. I'm sure there's more but these are the types of thing I generally look out for.
  20. That car is legit, it's probably just been complied as a 1996 model but it is a 1995 build car. The other erroneous detail is that it isn't a Vspec as listed. K's probably aren't genuine though, all that flaking paint & no floor mats, rear muffler looks like it's been painted? say it's probably had a pretty hard life at least.
  21. W8... is that a VN?
  22. Pretty handy if they have a Cappucino or something.. Jokes aside sucks to see this happen, was looking forward to seeing more of this build sooner . Hope everything works out.
  23. Folding mirrors are optional but in no way rare. The only rare mirrors are probably the Taxi spec fender mirrors.
  24. Nismo stuff has Nismo stiffer than stock rubber bushes, silver paint & stickers.
  25. Rejuvinate his bidet too.
