  2. Hey guys i'm rostered off that weekend lets just hope i have a car to roll in
  3. location is Mackay QLD did get quote for brisbane and sydney think it was like 100 to sydney and brisbane was like 60 or 70
  4. bump again why doesn't anyone want a cooler
  5. Do i get mates rates lol
  6. Yeah was think about that swaping rims when i get sick of them but the 19x9.5 will look better i think plus they will only be used for street driving and shows leaning torwards ce28 or te37 painted gloss black
  7. Yeah carbon is like strip clubs very addictive lol but yeah the rims are 17x9 +22 perfect for r32gtr also look good on gtt or supra. But they will be the drag rims still havent decided on on what show rims to get in 19x9.5
  8. No Worries Mate
  9. Im not 100% sure but there should only one hard line, the fuel tanks needs to breathe otherwise the tank will build up pressure on a hot day and that could be messy, the ones going to the intake were there so the fumes could go back into the engine and be disposed of by being burnt in the combustion chambers, so block them off otherwise the engine will not make vacuum and this could cause it to not run healthy or not run at all
  10. I think the filter would be on the intake side before the injectors, well thats where i put mine on both our cars, but just check that all the lines are on in the correct order it should go from the fuel pump to filter, then to fuel rail, out of the rail into the fuel regulator, then back to tank. Maybe this could be a problem if the fuel regulator is hooked up back to front.
  11. yeah it was for emissions but yeah your right it is ugly as and it just more shit that gets in the way when your trying to do stuff to your engine and no matter how hard you try you will not make it look pretty lol
  12. Im pretty sure they right back to the fuel tank, all i done with my mates R34 GTR was cut it shorter along the chassis rail and put a little filter on it as the fuel tank will still need to breathe unless you put another breather system on it other wise you will probably need a car hoist to remove it properly.
  13. Ah wish the shed was another 3 bays bigger got to much shit in there, i'm hurrying don't worry should hopefully have my turbos and manifold back on monday then the engine is going back in not long now have to catch up with some time robi !!!
  14. Cheers Phil, yeah there aren't that many nice body kits for r32's but these should be different and not sure if anyone else in Oz has them but i'm getting itchy feet i tell ya not long now till we are ripping up some local roads
  15. Yeah pretty easy to remove i done mine along time ago, the concept of these shitty things is to remove the fumes from your fuel tank then returns them into the intake to be burnt up in the engine. Can't quite remember of the top of my head how many hoses go to it but the ones that go to the engine can be taken off and capped or plugged, the solid steel one that comes from the fuel tank can either be removed or shorten it and put a little breather filter on it. IF you don't cap the ones from the engine properly the engine will run like shit. But yeah they are just a useless waste of space.
  16. Forgot to add that we also ordered these awesome Bee R side skirts today were freaking expensive but should look really cool once combined with the Abflug and Top Secret Diffusers, they have a lil carbon bit on them also (Gotta love Carbon Fibre)
  17. Hello All The R32 had it first sight of sun shine in almost 2 years today and didn't it love it , loaded her onto the car trailer today and is going down to the local tire shop to get a basic wheel alignment for when she has its first dyno run, which will be in a couple of weeks down in bris-vegas. Will have to go buy a video camera for when it reels of its first 1000hp run (hopefully). If anyone was wondering, yes the car has not been painted and we are taking it to brisbane as you see it in these pics, because if there is problems with the car whilst tuning it we do have to take parts of and lean over everything and scratch the shit out of plus makes it easier to get to everything, also its to humid to paint in this weather aswell. Heres a few more pics of todays escapades. Cheers Benny
  18. yeah that depends i guess on how old it is and how much corrosion its been subjected to, you need to pressure test the cooling system without the engine running and see if that makes it show up more clearly.
  19. No worries mate give us a yell if you need more info, but i would be leaning towards a heater hose, i've had one fail one me before so i repalce them all with silicon hose kit, bit of a bastard to do but hey these cars are getting a bit long in the tooth now
  20. The only tips i have would be mark it out smaller than you would normally as the plastic bumper is very soft and easy to cut, then i used a drill with a 5mm drill bit and drilled the out line of it, then used a hand file slowly bit by bit shaped it until they fit in nice and snug, then gave them a good dose of sika flex to keep them in. They were a bit of a pain to do but got there in the end, you will also have to cut holes in the reinforcement bar aswell with a angle grinder and 1mm cutting disc. As for the door trims, from my knowledge all R32,R33 and R34 have the same Interior trimming, except for a few little things but yeah should all be the same.
  21. Hey mate I put some carbon N1 Vents in my front bumper on my R33 GTR, got some before and after shots for ya. I got mine from Just Jap, they fit ok but no where near as near as factory fitted ones. I reckon they would look pretty good on a s2, it would certainly be different any ways, stick out of the crowd a bit. BEFORE: AFTER:
