Hi Update time, the car is almost complete, another few weeks and it will be tearing up the North QLD roads, the last bit of painting should be done by today and then its re-assembly time. All the glass is at the window tinting shop get done super dark, hopefully won't see the rollcage through it, and it will probably be getting glued in next week. We are currently trying to get a Car Show/Dyno/Burnout comp happening at Palmyra Dragstrip on the 25th of June this is when the car will make its debut, it should be fingercrossed ready by then. So we should have enough time to get practice in before Jamboree so we don't look like complete useless dickheads when we get there . The carbon boot and doors have not been fitted yet as they will be used for major drag events, we still have to fabricate a drag wing and buy and mount the parachute aswell. We also have a few more bits coming in the mail, a set of Carbon Ganador Mirrors, A tow hook which has to be fitted, and my brother bought some front clear indicators (i keep telling him the gonna look like shit, see how they look when they turn up). The Sunline front pipes are 70mm inlets and 80mm outlet.

I'm pretty sure my head that Mark done hasn't got that bump taken out either and our head is identical to his Drag car setup, maybe it might disturb the flow of things.

Hi all I have had another change of heart again for the millionth time, Decided not to get the Evo X, and not strip the GTR into a track car as this was gonna cost lots of $$ to do. I'm just gonna try make it the best god damn Street R33 GTR in Oz, so i decided to do a lil bit of shopping today and shout myself some Awesome and Rare shiny bits for the GTR. I was so close to buying a Nismo Plenum and the HKS V-Cam Step 1 kit today, if someone was here to edge me on i probably would have bought them (thank f**k Kingy is at work he would have twisted my arm for sure ). But after some quick research i quickly changed my mind. I Could of got the same result by chucking one of my 3L Blocks in (they get used one day) if i wanted better response. So the car will be pulled apart a lil bit longer till my new parts turn up, it will be like Christmas when this order rocks up this time . I have now successfully obtained the full Ikeya Formula Catalog now (except the tie rod ends) i have the Moonface Racing ones which are a bit more heavy duty then the Ikeya Formula Ones. Anyways i am now waiting patiently for this next order can't freaking wait woohoo!!!!! so excited. I got told by RHD Japan that they do not make spare parts i.e syncros,selectors etc. for the 5 speed box anymore as i was gonna full rebuild mine in my GTR. They told me they had the same problem when they went to fix theirs in their R33 GTR and said they had to buy a whole new gearbox, cause they still make complete boxes. So if you can hold of syncros and what not let me know. I ended up replacing my mainshaft bearings, got them from my local bearing shop $35 each.

Hit Up Tire Rack in America for tires they are the cheapest around buy far, Kingy and i both got a Set of 4 Advan AD08's 275/35 R19's for $1500 Delivered. You would be lucky to get 2 of them for $1500 in Aus, fast delivery as well only took a couple of weeks.

Yep thats the way i do it Phil, start at Pos 3 Tire (LH/R) Furtherest from the Brake Master Cylinder then go Pos 4 (RH/R), Pos 1 (LH/F) then Pos 2 (RH/F). If you have calipers with dual bleed nipple start on the outside one first.

Nice work Phil how much did they set ya back, awesome detail in the tutorial, will be interesting to know how they perform against the likes of my AP's and Kingy's Brembos when he puts them on. Where they very difficult to bleed up? At least you have plenty of clearance by the looks of it, i had to put 20mm spacers on my front wheel and file the f**k out of my caliper to make them fit. I Got 370x36mm Fronts and 330x32mm Rears they work awesome but my rims don't stay clean for long

RHD Japan.com has got them i paid about $90 Genuine for mine.

I don't care how much i spend this weekend, much like every weekend lol, but yeah i'm easy whateva you guys wanna do i'll do, i got no car to drive so ill be following the crowd, as for the cost of this excessive noise and smoke i estimate approx $300+ and 2-3 points ( i been done for that twice before from those f**kers) plus defects. Nice camera setup Cal can't wait to see what i goes like then you can come take photos of my GTR's.

Lol i could have told u that Cal adjustable arms are the go so easy to adjust. As for the business really only wanna stick with the major imports like skyline,supras,evo etc and specialise in RB engines. I have enough project cars to keep me occupied for the rest of the year.

Kingy and i will be arriving in airlie late friday arvo could only get friday and saturday accomodation so looks like ill be having a double bender lol thank f**k i dont have to drive ill just be the dd (desinated drunk haha). Cant wait.

Still working on the list but first thing that has to go is my Gram Lights 57F Pro Titanium Lip Wheels 18x10 +20, will fit R33 and R34 GTR's but will not fit a R32 as I have tried it on ours. Also the Rear Spoiler has to go, Iwant to sell it as a whole it is a Original R33 GTR Spoiler with Nismo Carbon GTR end caps and a Genuine Autoselect Chibi Devil Carbon Blade. Sill don't know if I am going to enter in the Clubsprint or Open Class yet its a hard decision.

Looks like i'm riding shoot-gun with Kingy in the R34 Beast (Kingy said i get to drive it and show him how to drive a GTR properly lol). My R33 has been put on major hold and the Evo X will not be ready, anyways will be good to meet and greet

The Evo will be a nice everyday street car in traffic and can probably hold its own against most of the pain in the arse falcodores, but i will always be a GTR man until the day I die.

Change of plans again... still have some ideas floating around in my head but i'm leaning towards turning the R33 into a full and proper time attack car now as i have no need to have 2 street cars, as the Evo X will be here in a couple of weeks. So everything will pretty much be getting sold and starting from scratch. If anyone is interested in any parts give me a yell, i'm in the process of writing out a list of parts that have to go.

Lol the lotto would be nice to win, the supra belongs to good mate of mine and he has left me in charge of the build, should be fun little project, everything is bolt on items so shouldn't be a hard one at all probably only take a week to do. Speaking of other project i am about to get a 2008 Evo X MR that i will be picking up in a few weeks, pretty excited about that, its gonna be my daily driver so its not gonna be extremely modified just your basic bolt ons. Lucky we bought the AME Tracer wheels they will fit the Evo perfectly (if my brother lets me hahaha). The R33 GTR looks like it will be getting turned into a fully spec track car now so everything on that will be getting sold off that over the next couple of months (maybe) as i don't really need 2 daily drivers and its hard to use its full potential on the street, anyways heres a pic of my new toy:
