So long time no update. Got married in November 2013 so funds for race car are definately $0. Another South Circuit run at SMSP is on in a few months and she shall be attending. Car is currently for sale but no serious buyers have come forward so might as well take her out again . Will get around the sorting the missfire out by servicing the injectors. Then time for fun and this time making sure the GOPRO is functioning properly.

Yah ive had my 33 now in NSW for 6 years since moving it back from adelaide. Rego is now NSW. The only drama you will have is that if you have a NSW license you will need to have it registered in your name in NSW plates. Unless you can find a mate in SA who is willing to have the rego at his/her address. And i know what you mean about cheap rego. When i brought my ## down there it was like $400 bucks and that included rego plus green slip. On a second note. In the 6 years ive been back home in NSW my 33 has been pulled over numerous times but only for a 'Random Breath test" Shes lowered, 3 inch exhaust, hi flow turbo, FMIC and lots of guages. But the cops never have once asked to pop the hood. Might be the fact i dont drive like a dickhead. But yah you might have trouble getting a blue slip for your new rego as your car is ment to be back to factory specs when inspected. Try find a place that will blue slip a lot of imports. i.e ask JEM, Top secret im[ports blacktwown, Unique autosports seven hills. Ect ect. Good luck

Car still up for sale. had a guy from melbourne was gonna fly up but failed to tell me until today that hed brought something else. GET ON IT! I started it up yesterday for a good 15min and shes angry collecting dust she wants action!!!

What can i say i own 2 of them and have stripped a 3rd. will go for the record for removing engine and box in under an hour It would be easily done in a days work and a few cans of the finest jack daniels.

how long was the motor sitting b4 it was put in? Could be gunked up injectors, stale fuel. Maybe try a compression test on the motor just to make sure no blown headgasket. Clean throttle body and check for any air leaks. Was the motor from a series 1 or 2 R33.

Yah re shell, theres is a few 33s on the sale forum rolling shell. if motor still good and box swap it over and you wil be sweet. Sad to see it like this. if you need a hand let me know i have a workshop in blacktown. Could have the motor and box out in an hour for you
