  1. I'm getting a sombrero this time round :sombrero
  2. had my 33 since march. on cold start up pressure is around the 3rd mark (6) once warm drops to the 1st mark (2-3). water gauge starts moving around 50 deg (pfc reading) and sits around 1/3rd once warm (75 on pfc). i dont like the sound of it reading 0...prob worth getting a replacement, just in case you do loose pressure? using 4100 oil as well.
  3. look in the fs section. i got a nismo 1.5 way second hand a couple of months back, loving it so far. 2 way will lock up under deceleration, maybe not so great for the track, more for drift?
  4. i was going to do this, but cfb making a bracket for it to go on. i took the oil filter off the other day to move some things around. wrapped it in a rag, seemed to work well, all the oil went into the rag. the only problem i saw with it upside down is the damn braided lines.
  5. yep I'm there, heading up this weekend for practice
  6. wow can of worms. um don't we like the SAU logo? i like it.
  7. I'll be cleaning all the oil out of the f*kn engine bay instead have to wait till sandown for a hoodie.
  8. just installed a jjr kit yesterday. not as straight forward as i had thought. it leaked from some fittings at first, so re-did the whole thing (once there was oil in there, so there is oil all over the place now) and put teflon tape on all the fittings. and found it impossible to get plate the is on the engine off again (although we didnt have a spanner large enough). i put the core in between the intercooler and the a/c.
  9. received mine pretty quick, thanks! waiting for the raffle now
  10. having a look at what they have been going for lately. $600 with no rubber.
  11. I'll be there, but maybe not in the skyline...
  12. that is p0rn. pitty it looks like the stuff costs a fortune.
  13. heaheah 4WD, fingers were doing their own thing.
  14. threw a set of lucas pads on my stock r33 gtst before the last sandown event. much better than the bendix heavies that were on there before. the first session they were pretty shiz, but in the 12 min sessions after that they held up the whole way through. i did 5 12 min runs on the day. with rbf600 fluid most of the braking performance came very low on the pedal, not sure if that is air in the line. but they held up well. the pads have now done a DECA, sandown and HH and have worn around 1/4rd down on the fronts and maybe half that on the rear. they were cheap at ~70$ a set.
  15. maybe the sponsor was confused? r32 gtst rb20det RWD r32 gts4 rb20det FWD r32 gts rb20de RWD while r33 gtst rb25det RWD r33 gts4 rb25de RWD while the 33 gts4 is an N/A and the 32 is a turbo
