  1. PS the question "How fast do you want to go?" has the reply "How deep is your pocket?"
  2. Budget is one thing that will influence replies... If you're looking to keep it stockish (and run mid-low 13s): * full 3" zorst * bleeder @13 psi (the stock turbo will handle this fine) * copper spark plugs gapped @ 0.8mm * piggy back ECU (SAFC etc) * pineapples If you want high 12s add above with krawler and FMIC... and maybe a light flywheel and performance clutch.
  3. [talented meatloaf voice] Took the words right out of my mouth, it must've been...[/talented meatloaf voice]

:werd: The very least they could do would be to offer a discount on your premium.
  10. The R33 GTSt offset is +38. +45 sounds like a wrx offset. Do you know what car they came off? Do they feel heavy to lift? If not they are light weight.

On top of that, you smell
  12. Not really worth getting the stock ECU chipped. You could get a PFC for a little bit more now. I got mine 2nd hand for $150 An AFC would be your best bet.
  13. Zahos, I think the terms "boost cut" and "over boost protection" are being confused. You are right. The term is not "boost cut", its "over boost protection". Also, how could users of this, or any other performance forum be anything but "keyboard tuners"? My car had the same problem. Anything over about 10psi would cause misfire around 5000rpm. It was previously worse (miss @ stock psi) before the plugs were regapped to 0.8. I got a hold of a chipped ECU and this solved the problem. Now I'm running 13psi without any dramas.
  14. :werd: Definitely the boost cut. Piggy back ECU is probably the best option.
  15. I've got a 3" compliance cat if ya want...
