  1. Maths, really. You find out how much power you're making on a dyno, and then you think "Whats more likely?" Injectors too small? Fuel pump not up to task? Upgrade the part which is more likely, or realistically, wildly update both before you upgrade the turbo
  2. The offsets will fit especially if you stretch the tyres. I have the same (+33 on the front) on my R34 but mine are both 18's not 17's at front and 18's at rear. Also my wheels are LMGT2's... so far as 'same' they aren't really. But the offsets are. I also have 275's on the back with no rolling nor flaring. I'd wager they can be made to fit even if they're slightly too big.
  3. I'm entirely OK if my car got stolen or written off, which means it is the most secure car in the universe. So much so, some people broke into my Camry (why, I don't know), and flattened the battery (again, really not sure how.. it starts) and left my wallet on the passenger seat where I had accidentally left it because... I'm lucky?
  4. Not gonna lie, been to DECA once... managed to have an off from the basketball court. Also spun out on the entry road to the actual complex
  5. I'm being heavily pressured to register for deca, but there is only 24 days to get like 2 days of work done on the car.
  6. I'll have a burger, thanks
  7. Working in IT, quite confident 99.9% of people don't know what the f**k we do whatsoever....
  8. That alone is reason to get rid of the GT-SS's, frankly..
  9. I got torque and my turbo is literally too small, so go get some 500KW low mounts Also expect 1 year until its working Unless you are just flat out buying an engine which is in stock which c'mon man does not ever seem to exist
  10. It is entirely possible. All of the suggestions posted here will do exactly what you are asking.. 650CC injectors means probably 98... so... 3076 is probably your best bet. Hypergear will likely also have something that will do 300 in a stock location though. (or you could just buy my 2nd hand gtx3076.....)
  11. I got American ones because I was told they were identical, dimension wise......
  12. believe it or not, I actually made it there and back and did a beginner drift day complete with absolute rev smashing and didn't wreck the car until a week after!
  13. From what I can see on the actual picture, it is visually identical to the Series 2 grill which only fits the S2 front bar (won't fit altia either). Which is why its a bit odd you had this but didn't have the bar it (had?) to have fit to
  14. I'd do DECA but there's a high chance I would actually break the event and render it unusable for several months (again)
  15. but... but.... is this to fit a S1 car.... it looks like a repainted s2 front bar bit... unlike these other people, I kind of want it... if it'll fit on a S1 car... so... $10
  16. Will buy if it will fit a R34...
  17. If this fits a series one front bar I'll buy it now, at the undisclosed buy it now price
  18. You need to understand I'm a 30+ year old that acts 18 with my modified moneypit car that doesn't work and complete and utter fiscal irresponsibility, combined with apathy towards Victoria's electoral system
  19. The radio does not actually work in my R34, but I quite literally don't see the point in fixing it.. No, its the case that everything else is worse. It's the best there is, and tbh I don't feel like murdering the DJ's that talk on the radio on JJJ. I absolutely violently detest ads. See also on MMM Collingwood this Essendon that sweet jesus f**k I don't care then some ad angry change stations repeat on every station except the ones that play classic music, PBS, or JJJ
  20. 106.7 PBS for the win JJJ is the only other option Can people honestly, legitimately, stand to listen for more than about eight seconds to any other radio station? I've tried, and I just can't. Just unable. Results in actual angry changing of radio stations. Just drivel.. just like... news.com.au in audio form. How? Just..
  21. did see this ad and thought hm, $50 is way under priced if this is really a R34 helical also thought, doesn't look like a R34 helical because only 1 ABS sensor, so... wut
  22. Not sure, I am personally with Shannons, something like $1400 a year (I cant remember now) for 32k covered This was for housemate, they quoted $1550 (with cams licensed, 1750 without) for 20k covered for S15 at the same address. but then Famous undercut that quote by $600 a year, and didn't mind about it being on the street. Will be giving them a call to see what they quote me when renewal time comes up
  23. Was all about Shannons with their great premium and great coverage and all that. So much so, housemate called them re: S15 Something like $1500ish (with CAMS license) for 20k covered Called Famous insurance... got it for like 900 for a year, can park it on the street etc to boot. Somewhat suprising
  24. What I meant was... You don't want 2 pumps and have one die on you.... It's far better to only have 1 pump.. If that pump were to die.. For what birds is doing, the 040 is fine... My point about it dying is my ones died and they looked clean as from the outside. One that looked that clogged but still worked is pretty amazing to me. They didn't need 'much' gunk to die... For me, and I went through 3 of them before I switched to pumps which had external filters (daetschwerks then a 460 when I needed dat flow)
  25. Birds it doesnt look the same though. I have had pumps look much healthier than that one and be completely dead due to far less sediment. Ive also seen my Walbro after some time as it tends to come in and out of my tank a bit.. If you are gonna go 1 pump (which is always better than 2 pumps) then pay the $40 extra and get a pump that will flow 450rwkw on E85.
