Okay ppls. New thread for R33 purchases. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...557#post1335557 R32 and R34 peoples will have to wait until after the R33 unfortunately. Sorry. You'd think that I would have done R34 first, but hey, that's life. BASS OUT Oh yeah, I revised the price to $110 for jig work that had been don already that I missed on initial pricing.

Hey ppls. Well, I'm about to start manufacture of the R33 AFM to TURBO reinforcement ducts. Construction? Mandrel bent pieces of Stainless steel, in a raw finsih, TIG welded. No polishing will be done, but if you want to do it when you recieve your pipe, the steel is ready for it. There will be sufficient pipe at either end to give a good seal to to the air. There will also be 2 x 1 inch beads of weld on the rim of each end of the pipe to give a non slip join. You will need to purchase your one clamps depending on what style you want. Currently the R33 jig have been fabicated and production will begin when all payments are in. The price will be $110 each EXCLUDING postage. I will work out postage with one person in each state and ship the ducts as a big bunch, and you can pick them up from that person. This means it's much easier for everyone and cheaper too. Obviously if you are out the back of Burke and you need a single shipment, or would just prefer a single shipment, this can also be worked out. NOTE The standard duct will not be able to be returned to standard after fitting the new section of pipe, but the duct will be such that it will be virtually invisible to the untrained eye. People in so far, tell your mates who have R33s now, as I will only do this group buy once, no matter how much people want them! Check my trader rating, I'm not going to rip you off, I'm a committee member of Vic SAU, so they trust me, and so on and so on. Before you ask, the price is the price. No question. If you deposit the money at a bank, please ensure they also do this. If you do not want the ducts and your name is in the list, please let me know so I'm not waiting on your payment. I would like to apologise for the delay in getting this to the final stage, but I came up against a few obstacles on the way. Thanks BASS OUT

Look, as several have said, I wouldn't have a problem with speed cameras if they were fairly implemented and the revenue from them went back to the roads. Hell, we could have paid off both Citylink and the new Eastlink with the revenue from speed cameras over the last few years. NOTE: Eastlink will cost $800 million, but the Victoria people will be billed $2.5 BILLION over the next 25 years so that a private company could do it. Surely that extra 1.7 Billion could be better spent in the general Victorian Economy over those years, insted into the coffers of some development company and their shareholders. That's where the system is flawed. Money raised on the roads should go to the roads. the government already taxes more than 48 cents of every dollar in fuel that we spend. Another note, it's a percentage of the price of fuel that the government take, therefore over the last year with the high fuel prices, the government has had a significant windfall, about 20% more for 12 months. That's a LOT extra. But the thing that shits me more than anything is the fact that the Bracks government pays the private operators of the speed cameras a bonus fi they make over a certain amount of revenue in a month. Now you can't tell anyone that because of that speed cameras aren't being used for the wrong purposes.... But I Digress.... I hate speed cameras, even though I very rarely get booked by one. BASS OUT

Yep. Buy it from Nengun. Australian Distributors have to keep stock, rent a premises, pay wages etc, hence the higher price. Nengun is just a dude in Japan running a website who get's an order and payment from you and me, places an order with the supplier in Japan then ships them off. You have to wait for two weeks to get the parts.

Hey ppls. I'm an exhibitor at the trade show next week and I'm wondering if anybody here is coming? Anyone Exhibiting? Come and say hi. I'm on stand E10, Machine Makers. BASS OUT

There is very little heat transfer between the turbine and the compressor. The heat is put into the air by compressing it.
-
Exhaust must be no larger in diameter than the largest part of the stock system. So if one part of the exhaust is 3.5 inches, the whole thing can be.
-
Yep. Your wife is more than welcome. What's her name?
-
Better to drop the drive shafts.
-
Whoops. Sorry Jeff.

Does anybody know which low life, ass sucking, butt munching little anal bandit stole one of the GT4 games?

Hi Robo. I know this has taken quite a while to get together, and I realise that it has probably pissed some people off, but at every corner, I have met with problems. We have made up a jig to weld the R33 ducts together, and within 2 weeks the work will begin. We have also worked out a price for the R33s. $100 for the duct. This includes the duct in Stainless Steel, mandrel bends, two welds and two 1 inch beads on each end of the duct to make sure it doesn't slide off the rubber. SO. I will require full payments before we manufacture the ducts so later today I will post up some details for the payments. Nothing will go ahead until everyone is paid, as I don't want to be left with a bunch of ducts and no money for them
