  1. jager. Check your e-mail... Thanks
  2. Does anybodies AFM to TURBO duct suck closed at resonable boost? Jees, wouldn't it be a great idea to replace the rubber duct with an alloy one to eliminate any sucking closed.... Well, have I got an deal for you. Check my sig
  3. Accliam are going out of business. That means the game that I was waiting for for sooo long may no be released. They are sacking all their employees and the Offical PS2 version may not come out. That's sh1thouse.
  4. www.ebolamonkeyman.com
  5. I got the pics, can't see a lot, but I can see where the BOV and PCV valve come in. thanks for the pic. It should be helpful.
  6. By the looks of the rubber flap and things, they may or may not be forcing the air to go into the snorkel...... You can see that the only place there is no flaps is where the snorkel is...... Interesting. Maybe some "Speed Holes" would be a plan.
  7. Oh okay, I see what you mean..... So the air is getting to the snorkal normally by going underneath that lump of sheetmetal......... didn't think of that.
  8. Nismo. I think with the air flow to the std intake snorkel, you could possible put some sticky back foam onto the guide to channel the air into the snorkel. The air getting to the standard snorkal is acutally picked up from the area above the guide and theoretically the guide should push air into the snorkal...... I've got no answer for the extra heat issue or the boost issue. Maybe there is less air going over the radiator and going through the engine bay..? If that's the case, maybe removing the little rubber flaps to allow some air to go over the top of the engine bay might have an effect.... but I'm just speculating. BASS OUT
  9. Ground Run.... Hello? You around dude?? Your guide is ready and waiting.
  10. I would be happy to make them up for S15s. Horus.... Are you in Melbourne? Do you know of anybosy who already has one? Do you have a couple of pictures of the front of the car and above the radiator (where the guide would go) so I can have a look?? Thanks BASS OUT
  11. CNBLOW I've never gotten home from Tunstall Square to my house in such a short time. I got there just as the Cabbie was heading up the street. He was hounding my missus to try to sell her "Amway style insurance" or some shit, and he was giving her phone numbers and shit. Sorry I had to run. About the guide, Did you put the little lever through the hole? The marks you would have seen are the slight markings from the boot that goes around the router cutter (which spins at 50,000 rpm) Muz, I left the duct bit there so that if you want to you can modify it to scoop air from the grill area up in to the standard inlet duct. Your's looks and it bent different to the other ones because the standard front bar doesn't have the raised grill bit lilke the Nismo bars. Could everyone who's made modifications to theirs please post some photos. Thanks. BASS OUT Check my sig also for the AFM to TURBO ducts..... anyone not yet posted in the other thread?
  12. Thanks Matt. I'm glad the bars all fit very well. Like I said Matt, "Trust me, If I'm making it, it will be right." BASS OUT
  13. This may also be of interest to you wagon lovers.... AFM to TURBO duct in Aluminium..... SK believes they will be the same as the Skylines of the same year.... check the link in my sig. BASS OUT
  14. I wont have a price until I have the prototype made up. I expect that to be within two weeks.
  15. Excellent.
  16. erik. Once we are in the final stages of the project, I will be able to offer a powdercoating option on the ducts. Probably the best colour will be a matt black. Nice and stealth. Mine will definently be black. Also, you might be able to specify a silicone colour, either red blue or black. Black would be the best colour though. BASS OUT
  17. Ground Run??? When you gonna call?? I'm bringing the guides home with me this weekend so give me a bell. Also, could the people with standard bars take a couple of photos please?? Just want to have them on record so I know that they were right. Cheers BASS OUT. ALSO< check out the new project.... AFM to Turbo Ducts.
  18. 666Dan is probably right. But if you want truck loads of low down punch, they would be ideal. But maybe...... Let's do a little bit of rough maths. 2.6 ltr x 9000rpm = 23,400 5.0 ltr x 5000 rpm = 25,000 They might be alright..... What you would need to do is open the wastegate hole heaps so that extra exhaust gas can escape easily.... Nothing quite like the sound of a twin turboed V8!! BASS OUT
  19. Shane. As I've stated, as long as you don't mind maybe modifying something then not problems.
  20. Dude sorry to hear that. It's good that you are okay though. In my opinion, and this may sound a bit harsh, but your mate owes you a car. That's only fair. But I'm glad you are okay. I'd go see a doctor too. Concussion can come on late.
  21. -Joel- Love your sig. Okay guys. I have a couple of things to mention. Due to the possible variations in models between Ceffys, Stageas and the like, I will have to say the following. I will be making up pipes for three types of car. R32, R33 and R34 SKYLINES, but as some people have said, they should also be the same for the Stageas and Ceffys of the same year. R31 Skylines should be the same too.... BUT when I do make them up, and you get them and they require slight modification or whatever, then that's life. Also, and I mean no offence by this, but please don't ask me for custom versions with different fitting or sizes or the like. Organising this rather large group buy (About 30 people in the second day!!!) is going to be logistically hard enough as it is without having to make custom versions. What I will do howver (Cos I'm a nice guy and I understand some peoples cars are going to be different), is for those who need something slightly different is to supply the pipe without BOV and PCV fittings welded on, and you can place them where ever you like. Just get somebody to weld them on for you. For he who would like the pipe a little longer, I can add to the standard pipe later, but this will be an extra fabricated section and something we can work out once all the pipes are made. The closer these things are to identical, the better it's going to be. I hope this is all okay. BASS OUT (I think this might end up being the biggest group buy of a single item yet!!)
  22. NismoR34, CNBLOW I'll be at home all this weekend, apart from the obligatory grandfinal BBQ at my sisters house. I will bring the guides home with me, so if you give me a call, we can meet up. 0419 101 639 Tonight is good, and Sunday is also good. Just give me a bell, and we'll organise something. CHEERS BASS OUT
  23. Hey ppls. Tell your friends. The more people, the cheaper we will get them
  24. The ARC one is really nice. Adzmax has one. Didn't require as much cutting of the front bar as the HKS on my car did.
