The soarer was done immediately before my ad. It was trailered in and trailered out. Full show car style. Was dirt and train tracks everywhere, very difficult to drive on and it was low as low. I believe the Supra one was also done on the same site, but the following day.

I got free food (lots of kabana and cheese, Tim Tams, chips, drinks etc.) and the front right hand quarter of my car cleaned and detailed. I'm not fussed about money that much. If it was my car and my car only in the ad, then maybe, but I was happy to have somebody else fussing over my car!

This afternoon. Or tomorrow morning. See the above post though. I think the URAS guide (which is identical to the stock bar, just with a little snip from the edges) will be fine on the C-West bars. BASS OUT

Erik. I thnk the best thing I can do with your guide is to make you one just like (GTTR34) who has an URAS front bar. From what I have seen of the fronts bars (Nismo, Stock, URAS) is that the front of the aftermoarket bars is very similar to the stock bar. The edge of the URAS bar needs a little section removed which by the photos on your dar-domain website looks like yours will too. The stock bar comes forward from the radiator support bar, where the nismo bar actually goes above that bar. I cannot gaurantee 100% that it will be 100% perfect, but I think it will be damn close. I will be cutting the rest of the panels late this week. I wil recieve the finished guides for the nismo bars today, and I will photograph them when I have them. That's when I'm going to butcher the old panel to make sure all will be good with the profiles I've already devised. Almost done ppls. PS. My next group buy will be a replacement pipe (made from alloy) for the AFM to turbo snout. I've been wanting to do this for ages and haven't had the time. I'm thinking of doing one also for the R33 and R32. Kit will included all clamps, silicone and ally welded pipe. So, any interested? BASS OUT

Didn't get anything for the ad. Neither did the gu with the Monster V8 (5.6 ltr, supercharged, water to air intercooler, motec inc dash logger, 600 kw!!!) There was an ad for the ad on here and a lot of other web sites. There might be other ad's in the future which I might be in if I'm lucky.

Shipping wont be too much. I'll be putting on the work account which means pretty low prices. I will be wrapping them quite severely in cardboard and bubble wrap to make sure they dont get bent. I'll get quotes from TNT and let you know. BASS OUT

Could you please photograph the front bar for me. Also the bonnet where the radiator guide will be going. ASAP please, as I need to order the panels at the latest tomorrow. For all others, the Nismo bars will be bend up today, and ready for delivery any time. I will photograph it on my car when its done. I'm then flattening the 'workshop hack' version to make sure my calculations are correct for the standard and aftermarket bars. I'll keep you posted later today. BASS OUT

So what about the turning lights on LTDs and Caprices that come on when the headlights and indicators are on? I think you'll find driving lights can be used at any time that head lights are on. It's "fog lights" that can only be used with parkers and in fog.

Legally you can get away with it. It's illegal to drive with "Fog lights" on, as said by the fuzz. BUT If the globes and the light emitted from the lights if white (or normal headlight in colour) then they are considered "DRIVING LIGHTS" and the police have no cause for fining you. I know of somebody who was fined for having them and he got out of the fine, because on the box that the whites came in, they were titled "DRIVING LIGHTS" Have a look on all new car literature, they all have "Driving Lights" not fog lights. I don't like people driving during the day with them either, but you gotta keep the coppers honest. BASS OUT

Hey ppls. Could I make a suggestion that we could have a model specific forum for R31, R32, R33 and R34. Their could be a small amount of advertising, ie I could advertise my radiator guides which are specific to the R34, or people could ask Model Specific questions without cluttering up the main threads. This could be a sub forum to the Skyline Discussion one. Just a thought. BASS OUT

Busky2k is right. The oil going through a turbo will also have an optimum operating temperature. Much like your engine. I think the oil and water cooling should be fine. Get an oil cooler insted.

Or a super cool Nippon Denso which is going in my car this week. Flows more than the Bosch and is nice and quiet.
