  1. Maybe HKS twin, but I would think they would have a HKS tab on it.
  2. Can we have our own special drift stripes too??
  3. I'll give it a go. How do I purchase?
  4. Hey ppls. Beware on the centre lane of Bell street right near Maccas, in the middle of the intersection. There is a ****ing massive pothole which I bottomed out on last night and damaged on bumper. It's going up on a hoist this afternoon to check for any other damage. The guy behind me in a VP Calais riding on 19"s put a big dint in his rim and half his dash fell apart. I guess I was a bit luckier. So, beware, and stay out of the middle lane! BASS OUT PS. The council will be paying for our damage.
  5. Hi there ppls. I've recently purchased an Apexi GT Spec Cooler kit., the usual 600 x 400 etc etc. I want it to be a stealth fitment, so it needs to be black. I'm tossing up between powder coating it or anodising it. Does anybody have any experience in doing either of these things to their cooler. Regarding powder coating, I'm not sure whether I will block up any parts of the frontal area of the cooler. Regarding the anodising, I'm not sure whether it will adversly effect the surface of the cooler, and it there is any coating already on it that the anodising will destroy. Will I be able to submerge the cooler in the anodising liquid without any troubles?? All help appreciated BASS OUT
  6. Is there a refinery in Melbourne?
  7. As far as I know, its a fact that BP Ultimate (who use the best Western Shelf Crude Oil) refine their fuel to 98 octane, where optimax is like putting a bottle of octane booster in your tank. I have it on good authority. I don't use the crap. BASS OUT
  8. Does the manual tell you how to reset?
  9. I just remove the negative battery lead from the battery, leave it off for a while, pump the brake pedal, turn all the lights and stuff on and off, then wait some more, go have a coffee, then come back, put it back on. Start car, let it idle for five minutes, then go have a drive. Seems to work for me. BASS OUT. PS. Do the hicas diagnostics thing. You will laugh your arse off at the back end of your car dancing!! Remember to do it with the front wheels pointing straight ahead though!
  10. Maybe he shouldn't be speeding like that on a public road??
  11. You have PM regarding Airbox. I have paid, please confirm reciept and delivery date. BASS OUT
  12. the problem with the pod in the engine bay is the fact that it is a fire hazard. The oiled cotton part of the filter 'could' be subject to fire since its not shielded from the engine bay in any way. As long as this fire hazard is removed, then there shouldn't be a problem. Look at the new FPV GT, it has a pod filter inside a housing, and its built by a manufacturor! BASS OUT
  13. I thought it only worked when used with a PFC?
  14. xRhettX Bwah hah ah ah ah ah a
  15. Great report. Thanks Jetpilot. Keep the reports coming
  16. Don't bother with adjustable cam gears for the NEO6. Although they will fit, I spent $600 on installing and tuning on a dyno and I recieved zero difference. The cam gears from any RB engine will fit. BASS OUT
  17. What's the good and bad of solid lifters?? Advantages?
  18. You would need the power FC from an R34. Be careful though, as the R34 Neo has traction control and a double throttle body.... Not sure about the solid lifters.
  19. Dude, I'd keep it for the time when the Cops pull you over and defect you for your pod (which I assume you have). Better then getting rid of it now!
  20. More like Mitcham, Burwood, Vermont South (heh heh heh) and Forest Hills
  21. fair enough. Numbers changed to "big numbers" cos I couldn't find the delete button.
  22. I just heard from a good source that there may just be a car at the comp who just recorded big numebrs!! R33 GT-R, Purple. Not sure who it is, but I think he won last year too..
