  1. Hypertech are expensive. Mainly work on Race cars. Try www.justjap.com.au
  2. Do you need it asap and brand new? Number I don't have, Put Hypertech Autosports into a search engine If you need second hand, you could try a wrecker, they are bound to have one.
  3. Hypertech Autos. What do you want to buy?
  4. SYDNEYKID.... Sydneykid, what's your opinion on using the standard piping vs full piping with FMIC's? ?????? Just curious.....
  5. Just go straight to Whiteline. Jap coil overs are generally too hard for our conditions. Get the full kit and you won't be dissappointed.
  6. Jeebuz. that's a lot of gauges!
  7. Redline. That is exactly what I wanted! DROOOOOOL Next little mod methinks.
  8. PS I think facoty boost cut is at 12 psi. I've got a Front Mount and PFC ready to install soon.
  9. I was the one who went to all the (great) expense of testing the Cam Gear in an R34. I took it to H-Tech Autosports in Vermont and it cost me a packet. For what I paid I could havebought and tunded a S-AFC!! Do a search for Cam Gear Install and you will find the article. Don't bother buying one fo the R34. Waste of Money. BASS OUT
  10. That's a really good idea. And the perfect thing to show car places that you are onto them. Some people at the car places may be offended, but the ones who are are probably the ones who would drive your car!
  11. Sounds like this is a common thing with plugs ins. The computer needs a throttle signal as an input to decide what to do with the diff. The A-LSD computer probably expects a signal to come to it in a particular way, and if it doesn't come in the correct form, then it faults. Mine doesn't have active LSD, just traction control (standard on R34s) but I would make the assumption that it works the same way. I investigated the PowerFC and its ability to still enable use of the traction control before purchasing. It does work fine apparently. Mine goes a little silly every now and then but I know what the problem is (frayed wire going to ABS sensor in front left guard). When the sensors or computer get confused, they go into a limp mode and switch off the offending function and inform you via the lights so that you know the behaviour of the car will be different. I can reset mine by switching off the car, leaving for a little while and starting again. I hope this helps. BASS OUT
  12. if you buy a cooler, you should buy a complete bolt on kit. Other wise it's just all hassle.
  13. I'd recommend PowerFC You can then tune the whole thing, not just introduce another part to the system. You will get much much more out of a PowerFC than a FMIC BASS OUT
  14. If the A-LSD is anything like the Traction control in the R34, when the thing goes a little troppo and the lights all stay on, it's a problem with your ABS sensors, as they are the signals for slip or not slip. Happens to me everynow and then. Happened once when I was putting on a bit of a smoke show...... BASS OUT
  15. Hey ppls. I'm looking for some photos of aftermarket gauges in the R34 GT-T Centre dash three gauge pods..... I know Ben Ellis' R34 had them but I don't have back issues that show them. I need to know whether they fit easily and had big they need to be to fit.... And know, I don't want the tv screen to replace them, even though that would be nice, I can't think of anything which would be more appealing to thieves!!! All help appreciated BASS OUT
  16. Audi also say Bi Turbo. I know, I've driven one! Audi RS4. Nicest car I've ever driven!
  17. Can't put an older motor in a newer car. Use RB25 Block, put RB30 internals in.
  18. If the paint doesn't match, then you should take the car back, They are paid to return the car to the original condition. If they squabble about it, tell them you will contact the insurance company who paid them. IF they don't do anything, CONTACT that insurance company. If they refuse to fix it still, take your can to somebody who will fix it and then invoice the insurance company. This happens more than you would think. PM me for details of somebody who will do it required. As for the driving of the car, do what your Mum always does, write a letter. Nothing has ever happened ever in the world without paper work to support it. Words are just words and cannot be proven. If nothing happens, then go to one of those websites that publish shoddy workmanship, put them up there, and tell them you will forward the sire to everyone you know until they fix it properly. I F*UCKING HATE BAD WORKMANSHIP BASS OUT
  19. I'd buy one tomorrow.
  20. I went to a whitline dealer and they were able to give me all the info I needed.
  21. I know mine sits higher that the back, but I have kings in it. Its actually about 40 odd mm out front to rear. I'm about to buy Whiteline which brings heights to about 345 front and rear. (My front it like 320 and rear 360. Wanna buy some Kings?
  22. check out time slip. Front pipe, cat and exhaust. Boost up to 12 p.s.i Unshielded Pod. (shield now on, but not during run) BASS OUT rev210 is correct. Standard Turbo, Standard Intercooler, Standard Computer.
  23. I got a good one. Contact Accident Solutions and ask for help inthe same matter. Send them the details you have in pictures and see if they will take the case. They will no doubt say that they can get the win for you. Then record your telephone conversations and go from there. It's not illegal to record phone conversations as long as you tell them before hand, and being an insurance company, they will record you so just say you are doing the same. BASS OUT
