  1. Although looking at it, I wouldn't mind one like that............ I've already e-mailed the guy about them to enquire some more stuff, in the meantime, here's some pics for other people..... Pics are from a Honda NSX but you get the idea.... BASS OUT
  2. I was looking at that, but I want the ultra stealth thing. I don't think it would be a problem to get that one though. We would all really only be saving on freight anyway.... BASS OUT
  3. CESRacing have the exact thing you are looking for. pricey, but look the goods www.cesracing.com.au
  4. I want the variable one. But I want the splitter right in front of the cat. When we comes on boost, stand the fu(k back!!
  5. What is?
  6. Yeah, I drove Adzmax's car on the weekend too. Bloody piece of shit it is.........
  7. Got any pics or details???? Not on their site at the moment
  8. Well, mine must be a freak then. If you wanna listen, just come see me.
  9. I have a Fujisubo and it's f*cking loud and it drones like a menace. It's a "Power Getter" style and it comes with a silencer. I always drive around with the silencer in unless I'm doing something 'car like" when I don't mind the noise. I also have a big arse cat and a front pipe, so that may not be helping the sound. But yeah, they do sound great on the outside when you open them up!!
  10. You know the traction control is on when your head hits the dash board between hard gear changed!! The Traction control actually closes the secondary throttle body on the inlet manifold. This limits the air going to the engine, hnece power, it does not limit REVS, it just pulls back power, so the engine drops revs. If there is sever wheel spin (IE dropping the clutch or booting it in the wet) the TCS will also drop spark and the car will 'pop' like a mis fire. I've been caught out on the burn-out pad at the drags a couple of times!! Hope this helps.
  11. Always after work. Let me know
  12. Will be interesting to see how much other stuff turns up from them too......
  13. $50 says that there will be one damn bolt missing when it all goes back together......
  14. I'm hooked.
  15. Get a Motorola V600 insted....
  16. Meshmesh: Big round of applause for your time and effort for doing this. Sydneykid, any comment on the AFR's being adjusted??
  17. SS8_Gohan. When do you want to do it? Does it need to be during the day?
  18. I guess it would have to be okay when you put it like that. But, I wouldn't like to come up against a beast like the little Datsun 1200 Ute with a 13B Turbo which is actually street registered here in Melbourne that runs obscene times, and looks like it's trying to kill its driver everytime it gets to half track!!
  19. Hey there, I have a full standard exhaust, including Front Pipe, Cat and full Exhaust. It's off a 98 R34 GT-T. I do not have the blow off valve. If the one that's on the car is a plumb back, you can ship that down here and I can fit it to my car, then when your's is complianced we can swap again. Let me know. BASS OUT
  20. I think we should look at the question as this. What constitues a Street Tyre. I reckon a street tyre is your normal everyday road tyre, not a semi-comp tyre. I understand that some people drive around with semi-comps on all the time, but I think that's the exception to the rule. But at the end of the day, its a traction thing, and you can go and buy pineapples and special dampers to set you up for launch, so why are tyres any different. Also, if you want to be competitive, you will just have to go buy a set if you want to win. Two schools of thought I guess. BASS OUT
  21. I don't think it would be boring at all. I think 90% of the people on this forum would be able to run in this field. Ths only people who wouldn't would be those with an engine/transmission swap. Maybe the tyres would be hard to police, but if you require same wheels on front as the back, it would certainly be a bit harder.... You could also have a "Blacklist" of tyres which are like the Federal tyres. that would be that hard. BASS OUT
  22. 2rismo. I know Nitto are nice and stickey, but who drives around the streets with Nittos everyday?? Run What Ya Brung.
  23. I subscribe to the theory of Run What Ya Brung. No Nitto style tyres, only everyday street tyres. Standard engine model for car. Standard Transmission. No NOS How about, Must run same wheels on the front as on the back....... BASS OUT
