  1. cant wait to turbo my GTS4, i love the idea of keeping the blue GT badges and no sign of a turbo unless your looking under the bonnet. Sleeper route is the way to go in my opinion, i love the idea of a GTR but theres to many idiots out and about. Ive still got a year and a bit on my Greens so ive got plenty of time to look for the perfect motor, I think im sold on the idea of an RB26dett, or a RB25DET from a stagea. No doubt it would be cheaper and less headaches just selling and buying a GTR but its just not the same. A unique car indeed
  2. As the title states im looking for a complete rb25 or 26 for my GTS4 conversion, Ps If you have and Brakes for sale let me know as im still looking for the perfect parts for my 5 stud conversion cheers.
  3. Whats the problem if you "look like you using a kill switch" are they not legal? on Road registered cars?
  4. im going down the RB26 route if i decide to keep my 33 gts4, A gtr would be nice but i like the less attention. So would a rb25det AWD block from a Stagea be a stright swap aswell as the gtr motors for these GTS4's.
  5. after the hubs mate, need for a 4 stud conversion, pm me
  6. mate im after the front and rear hubs for a stud conversion on my gts4, get back to me with details please.
  7. If it's NA then AWD is fun, keep the speed through the bends and stick the to road like anything.
  8. looking for an RB26 for a conversion so let me know
  9. Mate im from the area, ill keep a close eye out
  10. need to know if they are a straight fit into the back of an R33? dont really want to change the rear parcel shelf.
  11. i have black R33 S2 GTS4 97, pm me if intrested, in sydney aswell,
  12. i got EPA for noise, your car will NEED to be at or under 90 DB at 4,700 RPM. i went to the bloke at granville, he was a knob and failed me first time due the the silencer in my cannon not being fully welded and "part" of the exhaust. i came in at 90 db. Metal flange piece and steel wool stuffed behind the cat. ive still got it if you need to borrow pm me it might fit.
  13. run the RCA and the power or ground at least a foot away, stopped my alternator whine straight away. my cables are running to the amp sitting under driver side front seat.
  14. GTR front set up and GTST rear, GTS4's use the fork and eye for suspension.
  15. ill be leaving my gts4 looking like it does when i convert the baby to a RB26, haha the look on peoples faces will be priceless, GTR i would love but dont want the attention, sleeper FTW, hence the GTS4 ticks all my boxes. GTR in disguise.
  16. rego and insurance all run out in a couple days and the 100k has just clicked over. Im leaving for Thailand in a couple months for around 6 months. I dont want to spend money getting her back on the road untill i get back. I have a garage where she will stay but what other things can i do so i can come back to a healthy car.
  17. Probly mate, but its not worth the money spent. spend money on good tryers and suspension handling if you must. other then that just wait till you can do it all properly.
  18. with size you need to have the same rolling diameter
  19. bought some MDF, going to trace the flimsy one onto it and cut that shape out. see how i go, Does anyone else have a Hole in the bottom of there boot, In the wheel well. R33. has a little rubber cap for the hole but its loose at and does nothing.
  20. http://cars.ebay.com.au/Complete-Boot-Trim-Dash-Matt-To-Suit-R33-Skyline_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQitemZ250702361690 my car came with a flimsy boot floor like that one shown on ebay. Is that the normal thing for the boot? im going to make an MDF cut out and carpet it. What have other people done with this?
  21. i had the exact same prob after my audio install, you need to have the RCA and ground running on separate sides.
  22. 350 i take it, il pm you, pick up tomorrow
  23. to be honest i didn't even know it was a silencer, just assumed a dodgy cannon. the inspector tried to pull it out ect and noticed it was tig welded on the inside. Hence i didnet see the point at all why the outside needed to be fully welded. See how i go on Wednesday morning aye.
