it will cost you money, oil and water lines can be bought fairly cheaply lets say 50-200$ Kando has them or you can get them locally gaskets, you can just use your old ones, i did and havent had a problem.. but have no fear something will cost you money along the way...if you have no money, find a new hobby...lol

you know what f**k it, chances are the hiflow is shit so get the td06 as its tuned and ready to go, 260kws is no slouch either.....just get it and pay for a touchup tune later should only be a couple of hundred tops...if the turbo craps out later then you can get yourself a new core from kando for about 3-400 and swap it yourself.. you now have 2 votes for td06 from 2 people who have used both...do you need any more support or is that enough...

Spray Painting Plastic And Retaining The Plastic-Look/colour
ARTZ replied to kylieyeah's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
you want Satin black paint matte is too plain, gloss is too shiny..satin black is 30% gloss so it looks perfect.. Although On my mazda ute I always thought the front bumber was plastic but its actually painted a dark dark charcoal grey colour..that looks like plastic -
u can get a braided clutch line on eBay for 75$ it replaces the lot.but if you want u can have mine in in Frankston cause I just put a braided in....

if your R32 is in good shape it doesnt matter which turbo you get the tune should be pretty good anyway, just adjust your timing to suit and it shouldnt be too far off...but it will need proper tuning.. other than that fit it all up yourself and you should have a fairly quick car for the cost of an old commodore..personally i would grab the TD06 because i have one and love it ,, but in reality I would grab whichever turbo is in the best condition...both should perform ok...TD06 should perform better **ed...tell him go half in fuel costs at least...lol

I did a search and found you on a UK site.. ...they also mention a remanufactured CAS..Are these a good option also?. At what point does this become an issue anyway, is it only an issue when running big power, or can it assist to help any tuned car to run better...

^^^Well look at that, 480hp from 480cc injectors .. I think a couple of other things worth noting on the zx, they are not nismo sidefeeds (not that it makes any difference) and it is also running huge -8 fuel lines..so even when pushed to 100% duty it has plenty of fuel supply, trying doing that with a stock rail and you might find it difficult.. its a fairly inaccurate rule rule of thumb to say 1cc is 1hp, when I was buying injectors I mentioned it at they just looked at me funny.. A better rule rule of thumb I think is to figure out the bare minimum size you would need then get injectors around 30% bigger so your duty will be around 80% tops..sure you can push anything to make more power than it should but push anything out of its efficiency zone and your asking for problems. Sooner or later you will get what you ask for.. This whole thread has been testament to this with HG constantly pushing his turbos to limits most tuners aren't happy to match knowing their customer will be out there driving it everyday..inefficiency monitored in a controlled environment on a dyno is one thing compared to inefficiency out there on the road everyday..I don't even have gauges in my car, when I get a tune I want it pushed to its limits in the room, but when I drive out I want a tune that's almost idiotproof:D

but it is running at least 500cc extra, thats assuming its a stock engine which I doubt?? As i said , show me an RB making 400atw on 555s and I will shut up..but generally each cc of injector is worth around 1 hp at the flywheel on an RB as far as i know...
-
exactly, if we went to the sr20 forums and told them 555s can make over 300rwkw then showed them an rb25 picture we be kicked out...lol

Get knocked down get back up again man.. I have never had a single issue with mine Zeb . It has sat in a shed for years and started first kick..its jumped gutters, hit a concrete wall and been wrapped around a pole.I have pulled it to pieces with my limited knowledge and put it together with different bits and still it has never missed a beat.. Everytime I drive it I am expecting something to wrong, but it never does..I love my skyline
