  1. Have you considered an A31?
  2. I think he means you get charged more for the same job.
  3. Get a Power FC and set the rev limiter ridiculously low.
  4. You just need an aggressive body kit, big spolier, and a cannon 'zaust. Maybe add massive 'evolution' stickers to each side also.
  5. Put in some decent monotube coilovers, whiteline sway bars, lower it a tad...really you won't go back. It's like high class hookers.
  6. Yeah I'm kind of envious of GTR's, even though my GTST is great. I've got upgraded shocks and sway bars etc so at least it's better than a stock GTR in that department. I could never be happy with stock suspension again.
  7. Get an A31.
  8. We should be flattered they are stalking us.
  9. Why are we talking about A31's anyway? This thread is about the 33, one of the best and toughest street cars of all time! Honestly some people will do anything to derail a thread!
  10. Doesn't the RB20 run 10 psi boost vs 7 psi on the RB25?
  11. Turning circle is crucial for Taxis.
  12. Isn't that the point of toe-heel? To avoid that? ...and it not braking just rev-match by gassing it a little.
  13. On my SS I have an Octalink 2 BB and these old dura ace cranks mated to a surly chainring, both off ebay. You can mix and match and do whatever you want to a SS.
  14. The 33 GTST is basically the 'drift' version of the 33 GTR.
  15. No I don't drive a 32 or a WRX.
  16. The R33 is an evolved R32. They moved the tank back to give a better weight distribution, and made it very slightly longer. The R34 is the 'playstation generations' Skyline w/ traction control etc. I like the look of the R34, but the R32 looks a bit dated now and not in a 'timeless' way. The 33 shape is probably a bit more of a 'neutral' design so it has not dated like the 32. I wouldn't say with the 33 vs 34 shape one is better than the other.
  17. That is because R33's ROCK and blow the doors off other cars. There's a lot of jealously from other Skyline owners because of that. Most jealous of all are A31 owners.
  18. Hmmm 35 to 45 kmh? Solo? 35 maybe if you are a quite fit club rider. I'd still call that tempo really. When I was living in Scotland in 07/08 I'd do 100 mile solo training riders at ~30 kmh. Now if you can do a 40 k in 1 hr that is getting quite decent. That is not cruising by any means though. Of course average speed is effected by many things..winds, road quality blah blah,. but there is no way you 'cruise' at 45 k/hr even as an elite rider. Not a big fixie fan to be honest. I've got my SS and I used to train on that. I like brakes and ability to free wheel when I need it. Can't tolerate the 'cool fixie brigade'.
  19. Yeah, don't want to flare.
  20. I've got 2 road bikes and 2 MTB's. I've got a Time Edge road bike w/ Campy Chorus and Easton wheels. Great bike. Also a Steel SS for commuting and training. I've got a Cannondale Caffeine w/ a lefty fork for XC riding/mild trails, and a Nicholai CC w/ a 15mm Talas fork and some nice custom wheels for a technical riding. Beautiful bike. Build up everything myself except the Cannondale. Love meching on my bikes and stuff. Nobody touches them but me. It's all in the small things. I used to live to cycle. I was riding 20 hrs a week in 2008 then fcuked by back up and can't ride properly now. Had an MRI but just some minor disk protrusion and nothing that 'should' stop me riding. Need to chase this back up w/ my sports doc once I recover from my shoulder surgery 'cos can't live w/out cycling. Fcuking depressed about it.
  21. What's the deal with rolling the front guards on a 33 GTST? Is it possible or wise? The inside of the guard is bolted to up right? Does rolling screw anything up?
  22. With NOS?
  23. Is it a Christmas theme?
