doesnt the emanage ultimate have nissan VTC output?? i remember my emanage blue had one for my SR20. mind you it made sweet FA difference if i changed the cams to come on earlier. turns out the factory setting was perfect for that engine!

ok looks like the VQ25DET neo was CVTC equipped and not VVL.

actually SRs sound like trucks. especially when they have VTC rattle. anyway, the neo vvl is variable cam timing, duration and lift unlike the VTC equipped engines that were only variable cam timing.

there was only 1 series of VQ25DET engine and it came in 1 series of car.

well, an HID should last many thousands of hours and probably rarely replaced in the usable lifetime of the car. thats why its not easy not all fog lights are yellow, but put them next to some xenons and they look yellow as hell haha

those arent headlights, those are your fog lights. anyway, it was easy enough for me to install my HIDs by opening the wheel arch covers and sticking my hands through. airbox must be removed on the NS, and the radiator overflow on the OS to get your hands in there.

dipped beam? ok apologies i thought you meant the low-beam lights. Youre talking about the fog lights, correct? ok, if it IS the fog lights youre talking about, during compliance the plug is removed from behind the stalk. if you look on the front-facing side of the stalk, there is a small pull-out section. remove it and there will be aplug that has been disconnected (mine was NOT cut - luckily). All you need to do is plug it back in, be VERY careful as i bent a pin and had to remove the indicator/headlight stalk (not all that difficult) and straighten it all out to get it working again.

one of the LCAs. go on the yahoo auctions and get a new set AFAIK you cant buy just the bush, nissan want to sell you the entire arm with the bush in it

ahh also, if you do have HIDs still, one of the burners may have burnt out. does it flash for a second when you turn on the lights? thats a good indication the burner has failed

do you have the factory HIDs in there or the butchered halogen 'conversion'? if its the halogen conversion, open the back of the light unit up and check the ground wire. it probably attaches to the surround that the lamp fits into. make sure the adaptor plate it makeing good contact. there is a 3rd fuse box BEHIND the battery, youll need to remove the cover around the batter to get to it. down there are the fises for the headlights. hope that helps mate!

lol would be awesome! except the chassis wouldnt take it. thats why they never came turbo from autech
