Balancing the crank. All came up nice and straight and even +/- 0.5deg Trial assembly left pistons sticking 25 thou proud of the block so 1.2mm gasket being swapped for a 1.5mm one.

Figured on jamming it back into the standard oil filter location although the pump could work too. I'll still be running the cooler I have installed which could feed either option. Pics would be great. It will go: back of sump -> pre filter -> pump -> post filter -> oil cooler -> block OR std-pump.

New toys :-) Pre pump scavenge filter Inline filter between pump and engine. Changed pumps too - Moroso not in stock so I ordered this one. Same thing but from Peterson.

Thanks mate. I don't know if this setup will have a 9-sec pass in it to be honest but it'd be nice to do. Not sure if the GT35 has it in it but there's only one way to find out

Tomei springs would be fine but Spoolup is on the money. I think he has them bloody cheap too!

Intake update: I can get a couple more of these (plenum/TB) at $1400 if anyone is keen for one. Just send me a PM and I'll sort it out. They use the std throttle cable and TPS as well. Adrian

In order: - Race fuel - Yes - Didn't sell the box from this car. I still have the C6 in it.

Some last bits to get and then it's action stations. Waiting for the head gasket so we can trial assemble the motor and work out deck heights etc.
