Hi there, Is any machinging of the head required for stagr 2 cams and do they need to be dialled/tuned, or are they just drop in and drive. For what its worth I'm talking about an R32 GTR. Thanks.

I think droping a Gen 3 into a r32 gtst sounds like an awesome idea, and would like to congratulate you on doing something different. Good luck with it, look forward to seeing vids of the finished product.

Does anyone know where to buy the long valve stems with a 90 degree bend, for wheels with a bit of a dish. For what its worth they are volk wheels 17x9. Sorry forgot to mention in sydney area.

I got a price of $300 per tyre for the falken and $445 for the federal, So I think I will go the Falken. How much can you get the 595RS for in 255/40/17?

Has anyone had any experience with the following tyres: Dunlop Sport Max Faulken RT615 Yokohama SDrive I am looking for a new set in 255/40/17 all round of either of the above tyres and would like to know what others think.

They aren't due for release until early 2009 anyway so any effects won't be seen for some time. Even so it probably won't have an effect on current prices as the new one will be in a completeley different price bracket. Current GTR's (except 34's) are so cheap now anyway, so the question is are they really going to get that much cheaper.

Some good feedback here! What about SBS, they have a carbon ceramic pad which is meant to be the equivalent to the DS2500. They are about $40 more all up. Anyone used these?

Does anyone know if there is a better price for the DS2500 pads for a 32 GTR nissan calliper? I have seen them for $296 (f) and $260 ®. Is there anyone that can do better?

Auto Art have just started to release the r32 japan grp a gtr's. I have just bought a Calsonic one for $127 and the detail is sooo much better than they kyosho ones. So far they have released the Calsonic (limited run of 6000 units) and the Kyoseki (3000 units). The Taisan/STP (this is the one Tsuchiya aka drift king drove)should be available soon as well. I would assume he winfield car is worth som much more as it was the most controversial (some say stole Dick Johnson's win), however I would still love to get my hands on a model of the 91 bathurst GTR. BTW ajrichar, great collection must have taken some time! LOVE the signed winfield gtr poster board!!!

Comparing a Veyron to a GTR, now I've heard it all! As for the guy's ego being bruised? I'll just say people who can afford Veyron's probably don't care to much about what others think. I'm sure he will get his $5m payout and sleep easy!

I think you have set the bench mark as far as getting up close with celebrities goes! And not just aussie b-grade celeb's that appear on TV with their dogs! Well they say they can, I haven't had the best experience with the Bridgestone tyre sentre at castlehill even with my 88 landcruiser! But if anyone knows any that they have been really happy I would love to know!

I just had the whiteline adjustable front camber and castor kit fitted to my 32 gtr and now need a wheel alignment. Can anyone recommend places in the hills area / north west sydney?
