  1. Mind if I ask where you picked up the sensors?
  2. Ice might have moisture related issues.. dry ice on the other hand...
  3. Dunno about anyone else, but those buttons are shocking. The one kjb_r33 posted looks MUCH better. Depends on your interior colour though
  4. Closest thing we have to a how-to for removing the head unit is http://g35ipod.kenloh.com/installHW.php - you just have to reverse all the instructions, its for the US G35 (essentially V35 Skyline). As for wiring, no idea - I would though, again, look to the V35 and G35 forums to see if anyone has done a write up on it.
  5. Possibly. Definitely an easy way to determine if tis the same or not, due to the markings on my exhaust, part number included
  6. The one off Stephens is the same as mine, I think? In which case its a "Nissan Sports Muffler", not "Nismo".. unless they're actually one in the same
  7. My sheet of that stuff has actually come unstuck slightly, its still in place but the sides have come off.. it may just need a 2nd 'press' to restick it and then it'll hold, Maybe. I'll try and get around to it on the weekend
  8. There is no 'tuning plug'. The ECU cannot be tuned. If you want to tune, the only option is a piggy back ecu, either the Emanage Ultimate or HKS FCon, both of which provide limited tunability in the grand scheme of things but should aid in making adjustments to deal with LPG properly.
  9. Well, one would assume they would - given theyre essentially a factory upgrade
  10. Only marginally less efficient than my car I need to put more KMs on mine after an ECU reset.. have to learn it back in for another couple of hundred KM -which should lean it out slightly. Then emanage to take care of the rest
  11. Are you driving in stop start traffic or highways? On my way to the snow last year I got down to 10-11L/100km, but in the city my consumption is north of 17L/100.. I tried out Shells premium 98 last week. around 20L/100 Lucky I had one of those discount barcodes for it. Back to BP!
  12. Given I've got the 17mm runner spacer, am I still after the injectors you mentioned (high impedance 3/4 height 14mm deka's with 4 hole outlets) - or does that open up the options a little?
  13. Can anyone with a leaf screen AND an informeter comment on the fuel consumption readouts from the informeter? Mine seem to be so far wrong its comical (Im assuming the leaf screen is accurate - Ive never heard reports to the contrary)
  14. Not to be too much of a pain Steve, but any chance you can get a price for a set of Siemens Deka 610CC injectors for my VQ25DET? Thats what the other M35 guys seem to be running, if you need any more details I'll see if I can bug them for it!
  15. This question is probably better suited for the South Australian section of SAU. But, http://www.transport.sa.gov.au/pdfs/safety/defective_vehicles.pdf doesnt infer that coilovers specifically need to be engineered but I've never been through regency & I dont have coilovers
  16. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/user/12772-iron-chef/ or http://www.ironchefimports.com/site/
  17. Looking great guys Whose doing your emanage tune?
  18. Id try the error code readout sequence (wait 3, accelerator pump etc etc) , that may give you code for the error - but I was never able to get a code for why mine was flashing. Ive recently connected one of the seat sensors to the passenger side (drivers side has a resistor in place of the sensor) and performed the reset sequence. Seems to be holding. Id check you have the plugs under your seat if you've always had the light flashing!
  19. as per the 'What have you done to your stagea today' thread.. he blew up his turbo AGAIN
  20. Well, there you go! Smack bang in the middle of my runs 100% serious, I posed up the dyno read outs in the Dyno thread - I did the runs on Willall's Mainline dyno, so I trust the numbers. I didnt get AFM read outs from the first run, but yeah Id guess it was retarding hard. Assuming your turbo is similar to my high flow, id have thought it would get higher than that. Ive got the HDI and Plenum spacer now. Very close to getting the emanage installed & tuned, I should be able to hunt down that 200 milestone with just 1 more mod , unsure if I want to do injectors now or later in the year though.
  21. If by 'No problems' you mean laaaaaaaag. then yep, I had 'no problems' For what its worth though, stock ECU w\ High Flow turbo I made 126 awkw.. Impul ECU w\ High Flow turbo (1 week later, same dyno, same operator) I made 173 awkw. Unfortunately I dont have a number for my car Stock ECU & Stock turbo.
  22. Seriously? Ouch.Howd you make a high flow go bang?
  23. 25G is a C34 model Its non-turbo from what I recall
  24. Glass houses anyone?
