    Just so you know these are Volk GT-Ns not CE28N's. CE28Ns are all one piece.

    Its different in Victoria. There they'll set up an rbt station as a trap and then send cars they think are unroadworthy round the corner to workshop that they set up an inspection station at. They can hide they're unfair targeting of modified cars behind the guise of a "random" breath test.

    No. They give you a defect notice and then you have to book the car in.

    Laws are different in Vic, they have roadside epa stations that test your emissions. We dont.

    Mates 34 got rear ended and written off (economic write off so can be re-registered if done properly). Selling as a complete car. Its a white '99 factory manual with 136740kms thats stock apart from the wheels (AVS model 5's). Still starts and runs fine. Located near Prospect area. Price: $6000.     Surely that fine would only be for businesses though. Like a workshop that builds cars for clients knowingly avoiding doing any emission stuff but telling the customer its all fine. A similar thing happened to Jesse James in the US, the EPA came after him for like $250,000 in fines for bikes he'd built that didnt conform to California's strict emissions laws.
