no dramas, took the caliper and rotor off and bolted her back up, would be nice to know how to tighten those handbrake screws :S seems every 180* they just pop out lol..

hey guys, changed all 4 rotors with dad last week, handbrake become awefully loose with new rotors so i went to adjust the handbrake today, took off the wheel, that little rubber cap then i was looking for the so-called gear that i read in a tutorial, found what looked to be a screw so i figured it must be it, moved it afew mm and it apears to have been on a spring and jumped right out of its socket, can anyone give me some insight into wtf i've just done and how i can fix it panicing atm!!!

lmao yea thats the one i was referring, even $20 kinda seems steap for a ash tray, will be buying from them later this week if i don't find another though

yea, also my experience has to be taken with a grain of salt, i noticed the difference about a week and a half into owning the car so i didn't exactly know my engine and all its nick-nacks so ill definitely be trying some ultimate next fillup!

also need a S2 R33 AFM (pink label)

after reading many responses like yours about vpower i stuck clear from it when i first got my skyline and used ultimate... what do you know, one day happened to HAVE to use vpower and bobs your uncle! better fuel economy, and generally runs better! ill have to try ultimate again now that im not so throttle happy but vpower gets me about ~100km extra out of a tank!

checked the back of the boost gague, seems fairly generic, no identifying marks i could see, no vac hose either so ill go hunting for the controller when i decide to change the head unit

yea they even have the same startup sequence as the defi's (where the needle runs through the range afew times) i tried googling for awhile to no avail haven't taken that section of the dash off yet to see where the wires run, just thought someone might have come across a similar set in their travels

hey guys, got afew gauges that came with the skyline when i bought it last night, seller said they were defi which their obviously not, they do however have the same black fronts which is only viewable when the car is turned on, they've actually worked extremely well and i wouldn't mind grabbing afew more but can't figure what brand they are! i've attached a picture of the logo, cheers

cheers mate, yea i had a realization moment last night that it only makes sense he would need to sign something or else anyone could just forfit other peoples plates! no dramas though, got him to sign it this morning now i just hope those new sized rear plates (normal white/black) fit at the back!!!

hey guys, just received a letter stating that my plates are ready to be picked up, now the car is rego'd under dads name but i purchased the plates as a "gift" on the rta website, the letter i've received is addressed to me and im just confused as to whether i can walk into the rta with the letter, rego slip and old plates or if im going to need a letter from dad saying im all good to handle it, thought someone here might know/have come across this situation before, cheers guys!
